Great welcome drink and snacks available anytime Big room and near to all transportation

My all dusseldorf trips contain nh hotels. This was the 2nd time at city nord nh. I like it.

Everything was good along with breakfast.

The breakfast is good, there is a lot of choice. The location is great.

We have enjoyed our stay, however few things that really let us down. The towels are really old and in need of changing for a 4 star hotel. We requested the room to be cleaned the room after booking for a second night which didn’t happen, and we also left card on the door handle and nothing was done about it. To our surprise when we arrived at the hotel late at night we found out the room hadn’t been cleaned. I called the reception, I also went to the reception and there were no one to provide us with clean towels or and therefore we couldn’t have a shower. The heating wasn’t working properly or not providing enough heat to the room and it felt cold. The breakfast could do with having bigger toaster which I have seen in most hotels I stayed in to accommodate any size of bread offered, not just flat bread toaster. Thank you.

避雷黑店！非常差，極度不安全。酒店餐廳吃早餐需要報房號，結果進小偷，前後一分鐘不到包被偷，一個早上5個客人包被偷！工作人員無比冷漠，前台不配合報案，直到歐洲旅行團一女士包被偷，大家圍在大廳，才報案！ 提出開用於境外旅行險的證明，和流水，也非常不配合！前台經理竟然反饋：我沒有看到小偷偷你的包！小偷下手之前還要和你彙報？？？包沒偷護照沒被偷我報警，辦旅行證鬧着玩啊？？？

合適的價格，豐富的早餐，旁邊就是公交站，到市中心十分鐘，還是挺方便的。一直很信任NH酒店，下次來杜塞還會選這一家

還可以 略微有點偏 其他都還行吧

四星級酒店，房間內設施完整，耐用實用。睡覺的枕頭被子舒服，安靜。酒店服務好，我們有一次停車出問題，前台幫我們講電話弄清楚了，非常感謝。
