Price is reasonable and parking is available which is good. Closed to the Düsseldorf train station by driving.

電梯很小，還是寧願拉行李箱走樓梯。開始給我房間很小，跟圖片不符，但是經過我的堅持和攜程的幫忙，更換了房間，感謝攜程24小時在線。

該酒店前台工作人員態度很好，幫助查詢路線，耐心告知如何坐車去機場。 酒店早餐有麪包、肉類、雞蛋，酸奶、果汁、咖啡等。 唯一的不足就是沒有空調，也可能我沒有找到空調開關，晚上有點熱。

Das Zimmer sieht anders wie auf dem Bild. Dunkel, klein und sehr laut da unser Zimmer direkt vor dem Straßen war. Unter dem Bett gab es sehr viele "Überraschungen", da wahrscheinlich niemand hat das richtig geputzt. Personal war trotzdem sehr nett und freundlich. Wifi war MEGA schlecht. Wenn ihr geschäftlich reist dann besser in anderem Hotel. Essen war so-so. Schade, es gibt kein heiße Schokolade.

安く泊まるならあり。期待して泊まるホテルではないかな。朝ご飯が付いてたのでよかった。クーラーは無いので夏はきつい。

This hotel was a last minute choice and I was quite superised the front desk lady very helpful and polite this is an old building and the lift was very small My room was on the top floor 506 it's was a single room while small it was fine for one person had everything that was needed bed was comfortable room was clean had bar fridge TV hair dryer wardrobe heating no aircon but no need for this time of year the internet was not great at times but not a big issue The hotel has a lot of art work displayed in rooms and common areas of the hotel done by a local artist Breakfast was included for my booking and I found it to be a good start to the day 3 hit dishes and all the regular items and was being replenished as needed Location is great 10/15 min walk to station or city center with cafes and restaurants at your door for the price this great value

The room has almost no internet wifi signals. I demand a refund and I will leave right now. The new room offered only improves a little bit on internet connection. It still drops off every 10 or 15 mins.It is insane that I would have to endure such low standard of service for 3 more days! I have to go through so many stressful negotiations with them and they still insist me to stay. This is completely unacceptable as I agree to pay for first night. Please propose to hotel I want to check out now given internet service below standard. And the front desk lied about the guest being satisfied. And asked me to email hotel management directly cos they are only employees. Agoda needs to step up to assist

Bon si può dire che sia un albergo. Esternamente all entrata si trova un bancomat dove dorme un “ senza tetto “ , sigarette e sporcizia sono all’ entrata costantemente, vetrate , conci etc e con polvere e nessun presente , moquette sporca , ascensore costruito alla fine del 1800 ( non scherzo ! ) sporco e funzionale solo fino al 4 piano ( 5 piani in tutto e se hai la camera al 5 piano trasporti da solo la valigia ) , diciamo che le scale per tutto il periodo mai aspirate da un aspirapolvere e .. la polvere “ non è recente “, odore di sicarette e cenere nella camera , mobili rotti , vetri sporchi , bagnetto con tubi scoperti e puzza di fogna costante ( nessun aspiratore ) , piatto doccia dove l acqua non è andata via , lampade rotte, cestini sporchi , letto con una materassa a molle scomodissimo , una moquette da tempo mai aspirata e in una settimana di soggiorno ( prenotato dall’azienda) la camera non è stata mai pulita e lato positivo le lenzuola erano bianche e L unico asciugamano pure , usato x tutta la settimana.. pertanto consiglio di evitarlo anche se volete risparmiare. Poiché le pareti sono sottili se i vostri vicini di camera parlano al cellulare o guardano la tv tutta la notte, immaginatevi il vostro soggiorno ! Chiedere di cambiare camera , o ricevere una mini pulizia, se trovate qualcuno alla reception “ prenderanno nota con interesse , ma vi assicuro che non riceverete nessuna variazione! “ e neppure nessuna ricevuta…

Hôtel dans un état vraiment délabré! Nous avons séjourné pendant l’Euro, il convient tout juste pour dormir, je n’irai jamais dans cette hôtel avec ma femme. La moquette est sale, ils ont tenté de cacher avec une pose de vinyle mais mon enfant coupé mieux que ça!

Nog nooit zo een slecht en waardeloos hotel mee gemaakt….. slechtste hotel van de wereld nooit doen …het is er smerig en heel onvriendelijk personeel. Doen niks om maar iets tegemoet te komen hotel vlakbij geslapen das echt een aanrader

Quarto grande, carpete e móveis velhos. Aquecedor não esquentou o quarto, muito frio. Cama confortável, jogo de cama limpo, café da manhã simples, mas muito bom. Não tem estacionamento. Recomendo apenas para quem vai passar uma noite e quer gastar pouco.
