Price is reasonable and parking is available which is good. Closed to the Düsseldorf train station by driving.

該酒店前台工作人員態度很好，幫助查詢路線，耐心告知如何坐車去機場。 酒店早餐有麪包、肉類、雞蛋，酸奶、果汁、咖啡等。 唯一的不足就是沒有空調，也可能我沒有找到空調開關，晚上有點熱。

Sehr günstiges Hotel in einer Lage nahe der U-Bahn Station Oststraße. Frühstück für ein drei Sterne Hotel sehr gut und vielfältig. Zimmer waren sauber und von der Nachbarstraße hörte man nichts - hatte aber auch ein Zimmer abseits der Straße.

Das Zimmer sieht anders wie auf dem Bild. Dunkel, klein und sehr laut da unser Zimmer direkt vor dem Straßen war. Unter dem Bett gab es sehr viele "Überraschungen", da wahrscheinlich niemand hat das richtig geputzt. Personal war trotzdem sehr nett und freundlich. Wifi war MEGA schlecht. Wenn ihr geschäftlich reist dann besser in anderem Hotel. Essen war so-so. Schade, es gibt kein heiße Schokolade.

安く泊まるならあり。期待して泊まるホテルではないかな。朝ご飯が付いてたのでよかった。クーラーは無いので夏はきつい。

This hotel was a last minute choice and I was quite superised the front desk lady very helpful and polite this is an old building and the lift was very small My room was on the top floor 506 it's was a single room while small it was fine for one person had everything that was needed bed was comfortable room was clean had bar fridge TV hair dryer wardrobe heating no aircon but no need for this time of year the internet was not great at times but not a big issue The hotel has a lot of art work displayed in rooms and common areas of the hotel done by a local artist Breakfast was included for my booking and I found it to be a good start to the day 3 hit dishes and all the regular items and was being replenished as needed Location is great 10/15 min walk to station or city center with cafes and restaurants at your door for the price this great value

The room has almost no internet wifi signals. I demand a refund and I will leave right now. The new room offered only improves a little bit on internet connection. It still drops off every 10 or 15 mins.It is insane that I would have to endure such low standard of service for 3 more days! I have to go through so many stressful negotiations with them and they still insist me to stay. This is completely unacceptable as I agree to pay for first night. Please propose to hotel I want to check out now given internet service below standard. And the front desk lied about the guest being satisfied. And asked me to email hotel management directly cos they are only employees. Agoda needs to step up to assist

Hôtel dans un état vraiment délabré! Nous avons séjourné pendant l’Euro, il convient tout juste pour dormir, je n’irai jamais dans cette hôtel avec ma femme. La moquette est sale, ils ont tenté de cacher avec une pose de vinyle mais mon enfant coupé mieux que ça!

Nog nooit zo een slecht en waardeloos hotel mee gemaakt….. slechtste hotel van de wereld nooit doen …het is er smerig en heel onvriendelijk personeel. Doen niks om maar iets tegemoet te komen hotel vlakbij geslapen das echt een aanrader

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel molto vicino dalla stazione centrale e dalla fermata metro Ostrasse. Vicino a piedi anche dal centro. Questa l'unica nota positiva poiché il resto lasciava a desiderare. Pulizia scarsa sia nella camera che alla colazione. In 7 notti non hanno mai cambiato le lenzuola. Inoltre non c'è l'aria condizionata e ci siamo trovati in una settimana di agosto molto calda, abbiamo sudato tutte le notti, per cui non c'è stato riposo; in compenso c'era un ventilatore minuscolo che spostava solo l'aria afosa. La colazione non è adatta agli italiani; non ci sono brioche, cornetti, fette biscottate, frutta.. più che altro una colazione salata che non rispecchia le nostre abitudini. Il personale parla bene l'inglese, anche se non molto affabile. In conclusione si consiglia solo per la posizione, anche se nella zona ci sono tantissimi altri hotel per cui si potrebbe trovare una qualità migliore.
