Nice view with comfortable weather. Walk across the bridge and get food. But it is far from public transport.

Das Hotel ist vergleichbar das best Hotel in Düsseldorf. Die Personal sind sehr freundlich und das Restaurant ist ziemlich teuer aber schmeckt super. Essen für zwei Personen kostet ca. 350€ 这个酒店相比是杜塞尔多夫最好的酒店。服务态度很好，餐厅也非常美味。只是价格偏高。两人用餐大概需要350欧元。

位置在杜塞爾多夫港口區，離市區不是很近乘坐公共交通大概要25分鐘左右才能抵達市區。入住期間各種服務中規中矩沒有什麼驚艷的點但也沒有問題。房間有獨立的梳粧台分區所以休息區域不大是一個問題。訂的行政房lounge的點心很好吃算是亮點。總體來説考慮到酒店的價格在德國算是有性價比了。

衞生程度很好，酒店前台會索取100歐按金，停車費差不多35歐，早餐也很豐盛是自助。風景還是不錯的，也很安靜

房間和酒店OK 但是服務差評 丟了一個銀行卡 我電話問是否可以查在早餐區或者我房間內 回答是讓我發個郵件給他們 過了兩個禮拜我還沒有收到任何回覆。。。

酒店還不錯，房間小小的，但是景色挺美的…一早就有陽光照進來暖暖的…很是舒坦，酒店早餐也還可以…前台也很友善。還是比較滿意的…

作為一個五星級酒店，服務真的太差了！ 5.28晚上23點半左右，打電話給前台説浴室化粧台抽紙沒了，希望酒店送一下，但是酒店一直不給送，前台一位男士工作人員，態度極差，我們詢問為啥一直不給送，他説：我咋知道，人太多了吧，忙不過來！ 這就是五星級酒店的服務！太爛了！
