STAY AWAY!!!! I booked this hotel for 1 night before a soccer tournament. This hotel is overrun with migrants who act as if this hotel is their own project building. I called the hotel staff twice because the room next to me was BLASTING music after 10:30. The hotel staff asked him to turn it down but never offered to move me. Every time they left the person blasted it again. This hotel should be ashamed of themselves for taking bookings if people are living there!

BED BUGS! I wrote a review about this but it looks like it was never posted. Trying to warn everyone again! Had over 33 bed bug bites and management didn’t care. They said they had an “independent company “ come inspect it and they didn’t find any but they wouldn’t share the report with me. They wouldn’t also let me know the name of the company that did the inspection. Management was horrible and took over 4 days to contact me after I left several messages. DO NOT STAY HERE!,,

A front desk person cosmo does not know what he is doing. This was not a good stay. For a diamond member I was treated terribly. My request was ignored. I will never stay here again. There is virtually no management. They leave this hotel to a young kid who has no idea about anything

Even though this hotel is relatively new, it is showing unnecessary signs of wear and tear in the rooms and common areas. First of all, I was not greeted at the front desk as a Hilton Honors member. The carpeting in my room was frayed and damaged in areas and the gym and laundry area were dirty. In the laundry room, trash was regularly on the floor and on top of the machines, and in the gym, people's dirty towels were left for multiple days where the kettlebells go. Children were allowed to be in the gym unattended. They engaged in loud and unruly behavior and climbed all over the machines. I usually enjoy staying in Home2Suites properties, but this was a definite miss.

I stayed here once before, and it was fabulous. However, this time, the hotel was filthy and unacceptable, and my room was missing standard items. When I checked in at 6:15 pm, the floor with my room was full of garbage bags (more than a dozen!) with smelly & spilled garbage, dirty pizza boxes, soiled linens, etc. They filled the entire length of the hall, which smelled rancid. I understand this was the end of a holiday weekend, but it was more than 7 hours after check-out time, and more than than 3 hours after the next check-in time began. They were removed after I called the front desk, but the next morning, there were open bags of garbage (including again, smelly food garbage) that had been removed from the hallway bins and left sitting open in the vestibule by the elevators. My room had been somewhat cleaned, but was missing a soap dish by the sink, a sponge and dish drying tray in the kitchen area. Finally, the kitchen sink was completely clogged and backed up instantly. After some investigation, we realized that the food disposal unit was partially unplugged. So we plugged it in and ran it for a while. That solved the problem. But it clearly hadn't been run in some days, and whoever cleaned the room should have noticed given that the water backed up instantly. That made me wonder how well the room had actually been cleaned! Overall, it felt gross! Given the Hilton name and the price, I expected far better!

New, friendly and quiet. Staff are nice, and housekeeping works hard to keep everything tidy. My room was huge - I had a one bedroom suite. No restaurant in the hotel but there are a million places within walking distance and there is a tonne of stuff to do locally. Coffee is hot and fresh. Swimming pool is clean and bright. I like Home2suites for longer stays so I can do some cooking and not have to eat heavy for every meal for 3 weeks. This one is a great example of a small friendly extended stay Hilton.
