Bad experience. Worst Best Western hotel experienced. Internet not working TV not working Lift broke down for an hour. No staircase access.

Excelence services, good housekeeping, great food and comfort bedding. Location also strategic, close to LRT, High Speed Train and many modes.

As a solo business traveler, I found this hotel to be an excellent choice. The location is superb, with plenty of amenities. The staff were professional, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. Highly recommend it for convenience and comfort!

It's quite nice. But the TV is too small for 4 star hotel. And it's not smart TV. The hotel need more maintenance, it's looks like old and kind lack of cleanless. The blanket has rip, and the bed sheet, pillow and holster seems old too. But overall, it was okay.

I fully recommend this hotel to family & friends bcoz of the excellence service, very clean, the staff was amazing, giving very fast response & everyone can speak English very fluently. The food was very nice & have plenty choices. Furthermore, the location is very strategic and near to Halim Station. Will stay here again during next visit to Jakarta.

The room is nice and clean. Though not many options for breakfast, still the foods are good 👍

Having a very bad experience while staying at this hotel. I am very frustrated about the service in this Hotel. I had to go down to the counter more than five times and asking for my access card to be verified since I cannot opened the door to my room. At the end, the only thing they did was that sending one maintenance guy and open the door using their own access card without any effort to fix the access card reader or at least give me the new verified access card. The staffs are not helpful. Not recommended.

Booked 2 rooms for a night, catching train to bandung the next morning

Location was near the Whoosh station but getting to the hotel is tricky as the lobby is hidden. Reception is at the 5th floor, same floor as the breakfast restaurant and the swimming pool. The pool is too near and everyone at the floor, reception or restaurant can see anyone swimming. Should have some private area. The room smelled old and bad. Our wardrobe doors could not be closed properly. Not enough hangers. We were welcomed with a towel on the bed shaped like some animal. Buffet breakfast was simple and satisfying enough. Simple check-in and check-out. Ok for one-night stay.

There is a serios plumbing issues ceiling was dripping from other floor,and water coming out at shower time to all toilets The hotel have 200 rooms and only two elevators ut takes a lot of time to up or down Telephone to room service is not working I feel it is over priced
