Horrible service from security when complaining about excessive noise from a neighbouring room, with people screaming and shouting at 3am until 7am. Security told me that the occupants were praying and they also paid just like me

I was in East London to run the Buffs Marathon. I'm glad I made the decision to stay at the Blue Lagoon Hotel. Everything was well handled from start to finish. After I booked online I phoned the hotel to explain what type of room I would prefer (quiet and away from the 'action'). This went according to plan and everything ran smoothly from our arrival and for the duration of our stay. The room was comfortable, quiet and at a very reasonable rate, it had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was of a very high standard and service was efficient and friendly. Well done!
