Our stay here was so lovely, the staff were so kind and helpful and location is stunning! Staff even offered us a shower after leaving our bags all day before we head to the airport. Would recommend 😊

My second time stay. I like the neighbourhood and public parking available across the lake. Plus the Cat yellow bus is just 3 mins walk.  I got a bigger room this time. It’s a service apartment with small kitchen and amenities like washing machine but the condition of the appliances are well used. The bed was huge and comfy enough. Overall it was a decent and comfortable stay

For a dated facility, it did what it needed to do. Location was great. The fact reception was unmanned after 7pm was a bit strange but they had a process for arriving after hours.

1分都嫌多 衞生： 1）洗衣機很髒，只用了一次，有乾衣功能，但毀壞衣服。咖啡機壞，泡不到咖啡。 設施： 2）入住已和酒店確認預留嬰兒床，到埗第一天沒有提供，害兒子被逼與我們同床，整夜都睡得差。 3）停車場沒有預留足夠車位，我們被逼停泊在傷殘人士車位。 服務： 4）入住第三天晚上，發現兒子的毛巾和先生的睡褲不見了。毛巾掛在洗手間毛巾架，應該是被清潔員以為是酒店毛巾，一併收走。睡褲是也是連同被鋪收走了。 5）我們就嬰兒床收費退還，第二天便訊息及電郵酒店查詢，直至退房當日仍沒有回覆。 6）接待處好廢。入住當天我們是自行取匙，沒人招待我們。當晚通知他們沒有嬰兒床，職員表示相關部門關了，要第二天才可提供。物品不見時，也通知他們，他們第一個反應是表示不可能，意味我們說謊？沒有道歉和跟進，只叫我們發電郵（可惜那電郵長期不回覆）。 總結： 我是因為有廚房和洗衣機才預訂這裡，洗衣機卻差得不會用。當有特別情況，像我們入住時沒有嬰兒床、遺失物品，接待處不會理會。如果你能接受純地點方便，但設施和服務差劣的酒店，你就訂這裡吧！
