Alpine Village Resort

One of our best stays ever! Reaching Udaan Alpine was a little bit of a problem as it's 25 mins up from the city. BUT, from the minute we reached there, it was all good. A very very nice and well kept property. So beautiful that I would often step out of my room and roam around on different terraces. The staff is exceptionally good at Udaan Alpine. Ritik was very welcoming and more than accomodating when we requested for a better view room in the same category we had selected. Every staff member was very prompt and warm. The food was great. Had such awesome uttapams and aloo parathas for breakfast that I couldn't resist calling the chef Suman to thank him personally for the same. Food quality is a very tricky thing. Sometimes you don't get the right quality even in the finest of hotels and resorts. But here, it was very pleasing. The rooms are spacious and the view from our huge balcony was like the icing on the cake. This is probably the longest review I have ever written, and happily so :) Keep flying and shining Udaan Alpine !

It was a wonderful experience at this hotel. Waking up to beautiful scenery in the mornings, to wonderful rooms and room services, the food was great and the live orchestra was even more wonderful. The staff- Rithik, Edrin were very cordial! It was beautiful!

Updated/Edited review. Previous one deleted. The restroom near the restaurant handwash had transparent glass door. I complained/asked about this to the hotel front desk in charge and he said they are aware of it. This was a surprising response from a reputed Hotel chain. I posted this issue in my 1st review and the hotel called me to apologize and said they fixed the problem. I appreciate them for taking my feedback seriously and take care in the future. So I edited my rating from 3/5 to 4/5. While below I mentioned couple of other issues, they are kind of minor. If you are looking for a beautiful views, you can opt for this Hotel. Coming to service, boys were helpful and nice. Aldrin and Arpan were helpful. Buffet Dinner was very good and I gave 5 star on that night. But the buffet breakfasts are a disappointment I should say. The quality was OK but the taste and flavor were lacking. Also they are constructing a new building just beside the old one. That is good, but the old one did not seem to be getting enough attention. When we checked in, the room floor was all dirty, not wet mopped after the previous guests left. When we asked for it, that's when they did mopped. The bathroom tiles/stones are all slippery even when not wet. make sure you are aware of the hotel location before booking, it is far from the main city. It is not their fault, but you make sure of this point before booking. I gave 3 stars because of the service, view from the Hotel ( simply awesome), room size ( it was spacious) and the buffet dinner.

Eldrin was an amazing staff member who helped us throughout, the rooms were amazing and really comfortable. Truly enjoyed the place with the amazing view, great hospitality and great staff. The journey here was although long but totally worth the experience.

Hotel is located at remote but beautiful location surrounded by greens. We enjoyed our stay thanks to the polite and helpful staff at Alpine. Food is good here with plenty of options and a good taste in almost all the dishes we ordered. We recommend this.
