Updated/Edited review. Previous one deleted. The restroom near the restaurant handwash had transparent glass door. I complained/asked about this to the hotel front desk in charge and he said they are aware of it. This was a surprising response from a reputed Hotel chain. I posted this issue in my 1st review and the hotel called me to apologize and said they fixed the problem. I appreciate them for taking my feedback seriously and take care in the future. So I edited my rating from 3/5 to 4/5. While below I mentioned couple of other issues, they are kind of minor. If you are looking for a beautiful views, you can opt for this Hotel. Coming to service, boys were helpful and nice. Aldrin and Arpan were helpful. Buffet Dinner was very good and I gave 5 star on that night. But the buffet breakfasts are a disappointment I should say. The quality was OK but the taste and flavor were lacking. Also they are constructing a new building just beside the old one. That is good, but the old one did not seem to be getting enough attention. When we checked in, the room floor was all dirty, not wet mopped after the previous guests left. When we asked for it, that's when they did mopped. The bathroom tiles/stones are all slippery even when not wet. make sure you are aware of the hotel location before booking, it is far from the main city. It is not their fault, but you make sure of this point before booking. I gave 3 stars because of the service, view from the Hotel ( simply awesome), room size ( it was spacious) and the buffet dinner.
