The room floor was very dirty, I would not walk on it without socks. During my stay the "Water" was broken the entire night and morning. This made using the toilet, shower and sink impossible. I had to shave using a cup of bottled water that I had bought seapartely, it was one of the most horrible stays ever. Cookies were OK, but they were out 20 minutes late. Breakfast was good, but it was hard to enjoy when I did not have water to shower.

The personnel make this hotel a special place to stay. The heater in the swimming pool was broken so the grandchildren were unable to swim - they tried but the water was very cold. (The indoor pool is one of the reasons we selected this hotel.) The breakfast was diverse and good. The afternoon popcorn and evening cookies were a hit. Parking was easy and the room was very quiet.

The front desk reps were friendly and professional. Very satisfied with our room, clean, and everything you need for a short stay. Plenty of parking, close to fuel and convenience stores. The breakfast was well prepared and a good variety. It was a good find. We'll be back.

Rooms were super clean and Hot Tub was 24/7 which was great since we got in pretty late. Breakfast was great definitely lots of options, only wished they had non dairy milk like oat milk for coffee. Staff was nice. I really enjoyed the stay as we were tired and always nice to check out at noon vs early.

Very clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable and my kids loved the cookies in the lobby. My only negative was the fitness room was not very nice or well appointed. Other than that, I enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Breakfast was good. Biscuits were alright but the gravy was a bit bland. The beds were clean and AC was on when we got there which was a relief to walk into a cool room. We were on the west side so we had a view of the river and walking bridge. restaurants and stores close by.

Outstanding stay. Too bad it was one night. Great room location (downstairs). Convenient to unload/load your vehicle with sliding rear entrance. Bed was comfy, space was roomy, and breakfast was available at 4:30 am!! Staff was on top of everything.

The only hotel I stay when in the Wenatchee area. Always clean. Hot breakfast is always good. Bed is very comfortable. Staff is very accommodating. Convenient location. Lots of parking. Close to the Wenatchee Valley Mall and restaurants. Truck parking too.

Great stay! Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and the continental breakfast was one of the best I have had at a hotel. Plenty of take out food within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again. Also very pet friendly.
