超級漂亮的海景房，房間和公共設施的內飾很贊，owner和經理非常熱情好客。第二天早晨的早餐是現點現做，非常新鮮好吃。非常愉悦的一個落腳點。

My wife and I booked an overnight stay as we were going to a 10cc concert at a nearby venue. Both the room and ensuite were spotlessly clean. The room was small but comfortable and suited our needs. Kettle, plentiful tea and coffee, as well as some lovely biscuits! Breakfast is cooked to order with quality produce. Perfect. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. We recommend the Beach Front without hesitation and we look forward to staying there again.

Really very good indeed. Friendly and comfortable. Nice quality accommodation. There was a well appointed ensuite with good shower. Our room at the front had an excellent view of the seafront and was spacious. The breakfasts were of good quality. We will be back.

After a stressful couple of days dealing with my rental car, checking in to the Beach Front Guest House felt like a vacation in & of itself. I was warmly greeted on arrival, shown my room & given all the pertinent info for breakfast & amenities. My single room was spotless, brightly decorated while still being cozy & comfortable. Even though my stay was short, I never lacked for anything I needed. Granted, my needs were simple, but still -- nothing was left to chance. Staff were busy but they always had a moment to engage with guests. Street parking was always packed so I parked in the NCP car park further down the road & made the 10-min walk to the guest house. I had reserved a spot ahead of time & had no trouble paying (nor did I have to pay twice), despite some car park reviews to the contrary. Breakfast couldn't be a more satisfying start to the day. Food was delicious with plenty of tea. Great location - not far from some nice places to eat & a great home base for exploring the Downs. Overall a stellar experience & would highly recommend to anyone staying in Eastbourne.

Great location on the beach, very nicely cared for and presented property with a beautiful sea view king room with very comfortable bed, lovely freshly cooked breakfast…very friendly and helpful staff team made us extremely welcome. We will certainly visit again.
