Bed was comfy but felt a draft coming through the window , clean room a bit of mold in the bathroom “ so I think “

Very disgusted and disappointed we checked in the room was already clean and ready right? NO! The whole bed blanket both sides the pillows were all full of hair there was hair everywhere no fan or cooling had to call to get a fan the cleaners came an hr late to clean and change bed and blanket sheets that were full of hair and thats not it the flush on the toilet stopped working after the first time completely stopped flushing called the reception twice no one picked up had to go down to the reception to complain then they finally changed our room because they couldn’t fix the toilet flush the same day reception service was not up to the standards that they claim to have so overall a very unpleasant experience would not recommend anyone to go unless they have no option!!

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The service was excellent, with staff being attentive and friendly throughout my visit. The facilities were well-maintained, offering great amenities. The room was clean and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily return! Worth to mention lots of space on the stairs and also access to the lift.

Breakfast was non edible. To be told it comes out fresh and to sit down and your breakfast is on your table in 2 mins, so not freshly cooked at all, cornflakes stale and bread stale. Our room still had clothes in draw from previous guest so clearly, cleaner not doing there job properly. Will not be recommending this hotel at all very disappointing

One of the higher hotels along the Eastbourne beachside which is a tranquil touch to the hotel location.

The hotel reception staff and the maintenance was really great. It was very comfortable to stay with family. Very highly recommended.

It's a nice place if you're looking for a more secluded spot

Our experience at this hotel was not up to a 4 star standard at all. The outside of the hotel facing the beach looks grubby and run down, where as when you walk into the hotel the main entrance lobby is the only modern part about it. We were put into an 'upgraded room' since we had a small dog with us, however after being in the room for 5 minutes, myself and my partner noticed the room was filthy, crumbs on the floor, mirrors were marked and the paintings along with the lights in the room were just caked in dust so I went downstairs and complained. They then said they would move us into a room on the 2nd floor, which we found to be even worse than the previous room we walked into, the room smelt of paint giving us both a bit of a headache and it was extremely hot in the room, so we turned off the heater and the heated towel rail in the bathroom but yet throughout the whole night it was still absolutely roasting so our sleep was disturbed. Certainly will not be visiting this hotel again and luckily we only stayed for 1 night as we would have left if we were staying any longer.

Came over a little queer while away rang emergency services for help, that was last week ha ha. Apart from that just look after yourself always knowing your on holiday. Grin and bear it. Only here once I'm told. Couldn't fault the place, I tried but couldn't. Ps better than NHS food any day of the Milena. Keep up the good work. Pps if you don't agree don't read then.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, at the opposite of beach.
