Thank you for a lovely stay the location of the hotel was great for us. Being close to the start of the beachyhead race and then the beach and the pier was exactly what we needed. The parking permits were helpful to and we had no trouble with this. I would say having booked the deluxe room it was all great size for what we needed, the room could do with somewhere to hang some coats ot clothing, a mirror in the room itself would also be a great touch. A few downsides were the curtains didn't fit the windows probably and the room was very hot even with the heating down and the radiator off. All in all a great stay and we would come again, the staff were very helpful

Everything is acceptable for a budget hotel, except the shower water pressure is absolutely weak. Maybe because I was living on 3/F. The hotel is near to the coast and easy to find.

Everything is great, the attitude of the staff is excellent, the room was clean. I would like to see some broken parts fixed and the dust wiped off from above. The location of the hotel is super!

An average location, such as Eastbourne, that is far from the pier and town center, with high deposits and a no-pet policy, can make the search quite confusing for serious travelers or remote workers with pets. A very nice and friendly guy at the reception, but confused by the hotel's policies. Cannot explain me why the hotel appears in pet only search.

The hotel is very close to the sea front

I have stayed here on many occasions the rooms are nice and modern, the staff are very helpful and nice people, I do enjoy staying here, and it's nice and quiet

Everything is dirty, floor, bed, bath towel…… The water pressure in the shower is very low. Nobody at reception when I check out.

Staffs are very nice but our room had an issue. There was a big hole on the window. They just put a cardboard to hide. It came off easily with wind and I had to put it back again. I don't understand they list that room, It was very cheap rate but we should have know that before booking but no mention in the listing. Such a pity because the location is perfect!

Lovely bed, nice quiet room, exceptional value for money, well recommend. A fantastic budget hotel stay by the seaside, wish I could have stayed longer!

Weak water pressure. A lamp has no bulb. But otherwise good for the cheapest price

The Receptionist was in phone when we came and didn’t ask anything and continue to speak in phone I said we nned to speak to manager and she said she is on the way.We waited morethan 20 minutes and asked again to speak with manager so that we can check in as she said she couldn’t.She left the reception and was continued the conversation. No manners at all from reception!!Location is terrific! It was a last minute trip and ended up with that place
