It is just opposite of the beach and easy to go to stores like tesco and Sainsburys. Staff is nice and room is clean and big. But there is no hairdryer in the room, better bring one.

Everything I needed for an easy and comfortable stopover for work. Friendly welcome, comfy bed, clean room, decent shower for a very reasonable price.
Location wasn’t particularly important as I arrived late and left early, but the Majestic is right on the seafront, perfectly placed for the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Hotel bar looked nice but it was just a bed for the night on this occasion. Would certainly stay again. Thanks to staff.

Great hotel if you want something affordable. It was situated right on the beachfront with walking distance to pretty much everything like restaurants and the shopping centre. The room we had was huge, loved that the TV was connected to the internet so we were able to watch Netflix and prime. Breakfast has a good selection too.

Bed was lovely and comfy, hotel room quite dusty and dated found an empty can of vodka on top of the wardrobe. Needs to be refurbished. Reception, dining area lovely, bar area had ants running about Staff was so lovely and food was amazing the hotel is right on the seafront Very mixed response I know just a deep clean and a lick of paint would make this a great place to stay

A really nice budget hotel. The room was nice and clean with a comfy bed. All the staff were friendly and were very helpful. If you stay here ask the gent behind the bar for his burger recommendation. I will absolutely stay here again the next time I'm in Eastbourne.

Currently staying for 4 nights on a bandb basis.Firstly the good points,upgraded to a double bedded room,renovations being taken place since new ownership April2024. Good roomNo5,with unsuite. Breakfast was cooked to order as it was quiet,service was good with attentive staff. Minus points after 3 nights room not serviced despite chasing this up.Got tea and milk top up from reception.tea bags were just loose.Checked the date of coffee sacket in roo,one was Nov 2024 Job to keep window open,sashed cord job,the shower was good but be aware could be extremely hot. No pots of tea/coffee at breakfast just dispenser with hot water and add tea bag of coffee.

Fantastic outlook and staff were really helpful and friendly. Excellent place to stay! Reception were very knowledgeable and went out of their way to help. Situated within walking distance of the pier and the main shopping centre as well. Highly recommended!
