Premier Inn Southampton (Eastleigh)

We stayed at Premier Inn Eastleigh for my husband’s 40th birthday, and it was truly a memorable experience! I had arranged for cake and decorations to be delivered to the hotel, and Morgon, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to make everything perfect. She kept it all a surprise, ensured the cake was sorted, and even upgraded us to a newly refurbished room. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and she made us feel so welcomed and special. We hadn’t booked for dinner service when we arrived, but Morgon made sure we were accommodated, which was such a relief after a long day. All the staff were fantastic—friendly, great with our kids, and they even wished my husband a happy birthday, making a lovely fuss over him. It was the perfect start to our holiday and birthday celebrations before heading off on our cruise. Thank you to Morgon and the team at Premier Inn Eastleigh for making this such a wonderful and stress-free experience. We couldn’t have asked for better service and hospitality! Highly recommend!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a few days in January. It was a very pleasant experience, the guy at the front desk was very helpful when we arrive and room was in a good state. The hotel served the purpose that we needed it to whilst we explored the solent area.

Brilliant stay as usual. This Premier Inn is the best one to stay in as check in is fast and nothing is too much trouble. We arrived early and expected to pay additional fee but the system didn’t accept our payment! Justine the manager was not there this time as on annual leave but her staff did a fab job. Can’t wait to stay again,

The staff are not helpful - there was regularly no one on reception. The bed was uncomfortable and left me in pain since - we were told it should have had a topper on but did not! I have stayed in many premier inns and never have I experienced such a horrific bed, i barely slept. Definitely not to the premier inn standard expected! The heating in the room was poor (the room was ridiculously cold) and the unit was overly noisy! The breakfast was vile. I wouldn’t stay in this premier inn again if you paid me! The worst one I’ve stayed in! We reported it but premier inn think all of the above is acceptable!

Lovely quit stop before heading back to Italy. The hotel had recently been refurbished and looks really nice with contemporary look to the rooms. Reception Team were extremely welcoming ensuring to provide all information i needed. Room was clean and smelt fresh. One of the best Premier inn

Jocelyn was super friendly and helped alot when we had questions. This was a short birthday trip and was a good short break from our daily life. Very clean snc good value for money. Good selection of breakfast items including healthy ones( bf is picky so this gave us options we both enjoyed)
