Hotel Bel Air Trail & Wellness

- When we want to make a booking from the room, we were told that there will be no pool because of renovation. But as we arrived, at the wellness area we did not see any signs of renovation (maybe they want to save energy). In our opinion it is better to tell the truth that there will be no pool again in the future, than said it is renovated now - We booked a suite room. At the official website you can read that every suite is equipped with bathtub. When we arrived at our suite room, we were shocked that there is no bathtub. And then they told us that our suite is the only suite without bathtub and we should request a bathtub when we booked our room. It is ridiculous. If there is one suite without bathtub, you should put the advertisement correctly, not blamed on the quest. - All the places in the hotel look old, like it is not renovated for a long time. The fountain in the garden looks dirty. - I read it is 4 star hotel, but the reception is not 24 hours. There is really lack of workers there, for example we only saw 1 worker in the breakfast restaurant. - There is no air conditioner in the room. - Overall to compare the price guest have to pay with the facilities, our suggestion better think again to stay at this hotel. It is worthed to pay with the amount of the money with the facilities.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. They made you very welcome which goes a long way towards your enjoyment. Buffet for evening meal and breakfast. Plenty choice on both occasions served in a lovely dining room with views of the grand garden below.

Vriendelijk personeel, veel parkeer ruimte, perfecte ligging vlakbij Echternach aan de voet van de weg naar Berdorf midden in het wandelgebied tegenover het hotel ligt wandelroute E1. Ook het ontbijt buffet is gevarieerd. Er zijn ook 2 restaurants maar daar hebben we niet gegeten. Wel was de badkamer niet helemaal schoon er lag haar en schimmel in de douche.

Vergane glorie. Verouderde kamers. Laat honden in hotel toe met blaffen tot gevolg, zowel 's morgens als 's avonds. Zeer ontgoochelend ontbijt. Povere afbakbroden en - koeken, zeer weinig fruit (enkel fruitsalade), beperkte keuzes bv 4 stuks vleesbeleg voor 25 Eur/persoon.

Nous avions un bon de 150€ nuit , petit dej et accès au wellness.. Nous avons décidé de prendre un supplément à 40€ pour avoir une "chambre romantique" avec vue sur la forêt... Nous avons eu une chambre vu sur route (avec nuisances sonores comprise) qui n'avait rien de romantique pour le supplément payé. Afin de profiter au maximum nous avions pris le menu 5 plats... le service était super et la cuisine était bonne mais ne cassait pas 3 pattes à un canard.. Pour le petit déj (proposé à 20€) rien d'exceptionnel non plus... Nous avions prévu de passer la matinée au wellness et notre surprise fut énorme lors que nous avons trouvé la piscine vide, seul l'accès à un sauna était autorisé! Nous sommes déçue de notre séjour.

Séjour de 3 nuits avec 3 amies. Nous avons profité un max des services proposés. Petit déjeuner excellent : salé, sucré... Dîner gastronomique. Accueil sympathique par tout le personnel. Très grand professionnalisme de Carmen et Isabelle, qu'on nous ont prodiguées des soins de haute couture : gommage sous affusion, massages ciblés, modelage de Nil, balnéothérapie, réflexologie plantaire.... espace SPA absolument splendide. Très très bon séjour.
