friendly staff Bedberg appears, but we changed rooms. It was all right. The breakfast was delicious.

Good communication to Hendon Central and Golders Green with bus 83. Nice supermarket / restaurant next door. Sainsbury just 5 min walk. More shops, restaurants and pubs closer to colindale. Nice rooms, loved the air conditioner. Good breakfast.

酒店硬件設施還可以，唯一的缺點就是連不限速的網竟然還要收費，而且最關鍵的是交了錢之後的網仍然很卡，房間裏信號也很差

酒店環境清潔，服務員態度友善。

房間很一般，交通也不是很便利，走路到地鐵站要20分鐘，酒店沒有健身房和游泳池，衹能説在倫敦一個很便宜的選擇

不錯，床很舒服。就是退房的鬧鐘很嚇人，以為是火警…..嚇了一大跳。其他都還挺好的，周邊比較偏僻，去火車站要走十幾分鍾。

環境舒適𡨴靜，要拍卡上樓，有安全感。 24小時check in, 方便快捷。😊

交通頗方便，酒店餐廳環境和食物不錯，但清潔房間必須經前台安排。

We stayed just a night on the way to Stansted Airport. Colindale is my childhood neighbourhood, so I know the area very well (even if it has changed a lot over the years). Small, clean, compact room with tea/coffee making facilities included. We were unable to have a shower properly as the shower head was held together by black tape.. so I think that should be changed maybe (Room 120) .. photos included. If we'd been staying more than 1 day, we would have reported it to reception. Staff friendly and helpful as in all the Premier Inn hotels I've stayed in. We didn't use the restaurant this time.

Where to begin!! Firstly people smoking **** right outside the building who were staying in the Premier inn, they got in the lift and it stunk!! We asked for more towels as there was only one small towel & one large… we were given one large and were told it’s one small towel between 2 ( ridiculous) There was only one spare pillow for a double bed… We found a sock under a chair & mould on the wall… Our room is right next to the main door where people bang the door constantly!!! Not sure about the restaurant yet!! Definitely won’t be back and will be complaining to the Head Office!!

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—very convenient and easy to reach public transport, restaurants, and shops. The double room was surprisingly spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The bed was cozy and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay.

Pretty poor from the beginning, only one lift working, car park is a shambles with 3 broken down cars there. Receptionist sped through her check in lines. Staff levels seemed poor, ice machine broken on a hot weekend, not enough towels in the room. Worst of all the shower cleanliness was so bad. I use my shower 2 times a day and would never let my shower get that bad. Oh and breakfast was a struggle for the team to keep everything stocked at a good level.

Very friendly welcome on arrival. Seby was very polite and efficient at check-in. Room was clean and comfortable. Lovely breakfast. Good location, bus stop to town outside. Great food hall in Colindale named BangBang if you like your Asian cuisine .
