Eftersom det är ett traditionellt gammalt hus är det en speciell upplevelse.Trapporna och golven är alla gjorda av trä, och madrassen är väldigt lös och inte den mest bekväma. Badrummet är också relativt traditionellt, duschrummet är litet och vattnet är varmt och kallt. Det finns en mobil luftkonditionering på sommaren, vilket är ganska omtänksamt. Hotellmiljön är mycket bra och lugn, det finns många restauranger, butiker och busshållplatser i närheten inom 10 minuters promenad. Det är mycket bekvämt att resa. Det finns också mogna attraktioner i närheten, inom gångavstånd. Överlag är det ett ganska bra hotell, men det är lite gammalt. Det gamla huset har också sina fördelar.

Overall the place is in a very good location, near to the Princes Street. However, the staff can be more thoughtful when arranging rooms as given that there are no elevators in the building, I was given a room on the highest floor with my big suitcase. Also, the shower is not working, temperature is not functioning properly so I couldn’t take showers properly. Reception is only operating until 18:00 therefore no immediate assistance can be provided. The overall cleanliness is good, but can be improved overall as the suite is selling at this price.

That’s a big family room for 3-4, excellent location just 5 mins walk to station or 8-10 mins to the high street.

Was described as a luxury suite. More a hotel room with a kitchenette. Microwave, toaster, kettle and two hob rings which were adequate. Tea coffee, milk, washing up liquid supplied. Lovely and warm and were able to control heating in bedroom. Had to get pillows changed as were full of broken up sponge and some kitchen cutlery, plates etc missing. Location near bus/tram but on main road do very noisy. Paid 190 for 3 nights over a weekend which was reasonable

The check in times are wrong on the APP, I arrived at 8pm to find that I couldn't check in, I was stuck in the rain with no where to stay. Hotel refused a refund because "they kept the room", even though I couldn't physically check in. I phoned and text them and didn't get any reply. 0/10 wasted money and time.

晚上9時前check-in, 但無職員，訂房詳情的check-in 時間是零晨前，在門口打電話，無人接聽，不知怎麼辦……只好過了旁邊的酒店請求幫忙，旁邊酒店的職員及老板極好，我們苦等約一小時，再試用email ,才知酒店email 了入住方法比我，似遊戲，沒諗過，不是Airbnb, 卻用了此方法攪入住，第二天check out, 清潔工人很沒禮貌，11點拍門要我們即離開……

設施：沒有電梯！所有行李都需要自己走樓梯搬運 房間挺大的 衞生間是半乾濕分離的 水龍頭和淋浴中間有分割 有廚房但是餐具不多 碗衹有一兩個 電熱水壺不太乾淨 衞生間淋浴房有點老舊 晚上有看到小蟲子在地上爬 環境：挺安靜的 離愛丁堡王子街步行20分鐘左右 不冷的話走走看看街景也不錯 周圍有很多條公交 打車到waverly station不堵車半小時不到
