The Roseate Edinburgh recensioner

This is the noisiest hotel among the more than 50 hotels I have stayed in this year. When I checked in, I specifically asked the staff to give me a quiet room because I didn't sleep well, and they promised me that they could. I don't know why they arranged the worst room for me. The bedside made a loud noise from around 12 o'clock in the evening until 7:30 the next morning. I couldn't sleep all night! I don't know how it was rated 5 stars. It's far from 5 stars. The photos and the building I stayed in are not the same at all.

A helpful and friendly waiter at a beautiful hotel made my stay enjoyable. The room was comfortable and even had a radio, providing a relaxing ambiance with music and English tea.

It was a great experience. People here are very friendly and helpful. I loved the radio in the room, it could make me relax. And the breakfast tastes great too. Thank you for the nice service. I will recommend it to my friends.

酒店是街道面對面的兩棟小別墅 有個露天小花園（喝酒、下午茶） 沒有前台 但是服務人員非常熱情 有歡迎小茶水和小餅乾 房間普遍不大 但是內裏設施非常精緻 下午陽光灑進來很漂亮 洗護用品是威士忌味道的 很好聞很高級 整個樓都香香的 服務人員態度很好 缺點：1.沒電梯，不過樓也不高，最高也就3樓 2.位置一般，從市中心走過來得接近半小時，打uber大概4-5鎊，好處是門口有公交

附近都是古建築中的酒店，非常安靜，工作人員熱情友善，房間不大裝修古樸但乾淨衞生，到達客房需要走幾步樓梯

愛丁堡非常棒的酒店，值得入住，但是沒有電梯，行動不便的謹慎選擇

對外宣傳五星級酒店，圖片拍得很美。實際上最多衹能算三星，現場也遠遠沒有圖片那麼美。所謂的高級房，實際狀況卻很差，兩個人同時在房間裏走動，連身體都錯不開。服務也一般，含早餐的房間，退房後取行李時盡然要求付款早餐費，此時才明白，明明知道已經付款房費，入住時還是要求登記信用卡訊息的原因
