Perfect for a weekend stay. Opposite the playhouse and easily accessible from the airport by tram. I would use it again if there is a chance.

The hotel has a great location. We took the tram from the airport, and the hotel was right across the station when we got off—super convenient. The room was clean and decently sized, though the double bed was a bit small. But since we were out early and back late every day, exploring Edinburgh's cobbled streets on foot, the bed size didn’t affect our sleep at all... The breakfast was fantastic—a full English spread with coffee, milk, scrambled eggs, sausages, croissants, you name it... The self-service coffee machine in the lobby was also excellent. Coming back to a cup of hot chocolate to warm up was the perfect way to unwind after a long day. We’d definitely recommend this place to friends, and the higher floors offer great views too!

This place was much better than I thought. Room was a good size, amenities were great, staff was helpful and location was very close to shops, restaurants and attractions.

The hotel and staff were great. The staff are very accommodating. Great breakfast are served. Highly recommended. Within walking distance to visit the Edinburgh landmarks such as Carlton hill, Edinburgh castle, university of Edinburgh, princess street, royal mile etc.

Good stay in a central location. Did not sleep well due to plastic sheets and mattress covers, poor bed and pillows, would not stay again

Nice and clean rooms, and the hotel is located at the convenient place, many tourist attractions can be arrived by foot, the breakfast buffet is fine, the reception and pantry services are excellent, probably will recommend those who are considering choosing here

Lovely receptionists greeted us the room ready way before check-in time and we were booked in. Lovely room great sleep fab breakfast. We didn't find the hotel straight away, although we were in the right area I feel it needed more visible signage.

Service was good. We were greeted with a smile. Carpet insde the room was a bit grainy. Teaspoons provided used and stained. The location of the hotel is excellent. Room Heater is perfectly gauged. Breakfast service is excellent. Checking out is swift.

The location was perfect, right opposite the Picardy tram stop and within walking distance to all the main attractions.  The room was compact but clean with all the essentials including an iron and ironing board and kettle although complimentary tea/coffee were available in the reception area which was a nice surprise.  Breakfast area did get rather busy from 9am but we managed to get seating on both mornings of our stay.  Would definitely stay here again
