Location is very convenient, walk about 5 mins to train station. Many shop nearly hotel, highly recommend. The room is clean & quiet, but the bed is double size.

Excellent service, great location, breakfast was delicious, we definitely will come back. They made us feel at home.

It’s a boutique hotel. Location is excellent. You can get anything you need, eat everything you want and access to sighting spots, and transports easily. Room was restaurant are beautiful. Breakfast is also very good and sufficient.

Lovely hotel in a great location, public transport, shopping and many restaurant choices. The hotel has its own restaurant as well which was fabulous as well and bar. Staff are lovely and more than helpful would have no hesitation staying again.

A pleasant stay. Hotel room clean and tidy as was reception and dining. Staff were friendly though housekeeping was slow and had not cleaned my room when I was out for the day, so I returned to an unmade room. Because I’d travelled the night before, after a morning and early afternoon out, I wanted daytime rest and housekeeping walked in on me when I was taking a short nap late afternoon. Said they’d be back in an hour but when they came in I was showering so the room didn’t get made up as they were now going off duty. Offered to replenish my coffee, so at least made a gesture. Otherwise a pleasant stay. Nicely located in the heart of the city just minutes away from local attractions, the ferris wheel and the train station.

Fabulous stay. Hotel very central..lovely, clean room with a view over Princes Street and the Christmas market, over to the castle. Our only grumble would be lack of drawers in the room. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We would certainly stay again if visiting Edinburgh.

Excellent value for money and the decor throughout was much smarter than I was expecting.  The location was superb, so central, within easy walking distance of many places of interest and a great choice of bars and restaurants.  My room was small but perfectly adequate and spotlessly clean. It was located at the back of the building, so no views but I wasn’t planning to spend much time in it so this didn’t detract from my experience. The room itself was very quiet and the bed very comfortable, ideal!! I will certainly stay here again.

Great service from the reception area. The hotel breakfast is of good quality and has a great selection of hot and other foods to try.

Good location, close to train station. The view is very nice too. Booked late for Easter, so quite expensive.

Strategic location, in center of Edinburgh.. Easy access to anywhere..

Nice hotel near with store and fast food restaurant. The front view also nice with old town view. The problem just i cant find in room phone inside my room. So its hard for me to request the amenities that i want.
