Hotel has a very good location, if you travel by tram. It’s basically on the way from airport to city centre, 3-minute walk from tram stop. Room was alright, spacious and with a good view. Cleanliness was acceptable though it had a dog smell on the sofa, carpet and in the toilet, quite unpleasant. Spa zone downstairs is amazing, wonderful jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, enjoyed it all. Gym also looks nice. Many shops and even restaurants are in a walking distance, very convenient. Hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel

Hotels is decent. Situated right next to tram line and train line bit of a pain if the train don't let you sleep then its the tram continously making noise. Not a very thoughtful location to build a hotel. Would not recommend if you want a good night's sleep.

Great stay! The hotel is in a convenient location with clean, comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Highly recommended for both business and leisure trips!

Had a great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly, and the location was perfect. Would definitely stay again.however the experience could have been better if there were extended amenities like coffee machine & bathing accessories.

Is very convenient for first timer in Edinburgh especially helping children to get ready on their university. Near tram/bus station to travel to city. A day ticket fixes everything. Supermarkets like Home Bargain, Aldi and Tesco are nearby to buy the household stuff. 20 mins from Airport very convenient.

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. Near the airport which is convenient for my early flight

This was our second visit and loved it again. Loads of space, beautiful pool and big windows for our toddler to watch the trains/ trams from. Food is pricy but options are available around the hotel.

Overall, this hotel was average. The service staff was not entirely friendly most of the time during our stay. One of them did not check our booking properly and kept telling us we had not paid for our reservation when we have already paid fully on Trip.com. Whenever we were at the reception for general queries and help, the staff always seemed reluctant to help us as well.

My child had so much fun in swimming pool which is warm enough in temperature.

Booked this hotel because of the connected rooms for our family, and the hotel was prepaid and request was accepted way ahead of our arrival. However we were told they had never received the connected room request and they cannot do anything upon arrival. Very disappointed.

Decent stay, comfortable room, nice bathroom, hotel has a gym and pool which is a nice touch. Didn’t have the breakfast as is expensive. The bar area was nice a bit pricey but to be expected. Hotel is literally a 2 min walk from tram stop

Everything is good, although location is a far from downtown, but should not be a problem since there is a tram which is five minutes walking distance. Aldi, Tesco, KFC is nearby. Breakfasr is good, by the way.
