Dalmahoy Hotel & Country Club recensioner

Hotellet är vackert med fantastiska faciliteter. Brassier restaurangen var genomsnittliga och över priser för kvaliteten på maten. Restaurangen lägger också till en standard 12,5% serviceavgift som jag inte höll med om. Sammantaget hade vi en bra upplevelse och skulle använda hotellet igen och skulle rekommendera.

Hotellpersonal och Duty Manager bedrägliga! Bokade ett hotell med pool för att ha en trevlig och avkopplande semester. Efter att ha kört 10 timmar från London anlände till Dalmahoy runt 20.00. Det allra första som min 6-åring frågade om poolen fortfarande var öppen. Och vi har fått veta att de var tvungna att boka ut oss till ett annat hotell! Jag har berättat för dem att syftet med att jag bokade Dalmahoy var att ha en pool och frågade om hotellet de bokade ut oss hade en, och fick beskedet ja av receptionisten. Jag har frågat vad hotellet hette och gjorde en snabb sökning på internet. Hotellet hade ingen pool!!Frågade dem varför de inte informerade oss tidigare eftersom det är därför vi lämnar ett telefonnummer när vi gör bokningen för sådant.Och hade ett inget korrekt svar från chefen. Jag har hittat några hotell med en pool inom samma prisklass som Dalmahoy och begärt att bli bokad där ute åtminstone. Chefen låtsades ringa hotellen och berättade att de inte hade några rum tillgänglig.Då har jag bestämt mig för att ringa hotellen och se om det var sant eller inte och voila!! Det första hotellet som jag ringde hade ett rum tillgängligt för oss!!!Konfronterade chefen och frågade varför de fortsatte att ljuga för oss sedan vi kom och fick veta att de inte har något ekonomiskt avtal med hotellen jag erbjöd och var tvungna att boka ut oss till hotellet som de valde! Jag blev chockad och upprörd över att se hur bedrägliga personalen och ledningen var. De tog våra pengar i förskott under hela vistelsen och brydde sig inte om sina kunder efteråt.

Absolutely loved it here and would definitely come back and visit if the price was right. Pool was lovely and warm, breakfast was great and the gym was even better

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and a beautiful environment. It is perfect for city dwellers looking to slow down and relax.

Lovely groups and views. Comfortable bed and reasonable sized room, but the shower curtain was smelly, and we had to ask for it to be changed. It took several phone calls and nearly an hour before someone came and changed it. Breakfast was quite good, but no eggs benedict offered, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, the pool was packed with children and families who didn't appear to be stating at the hotel, and the timings for adults only swimming were before breakfast and after dinner. I did not consider this a proper 5-star hotel facility since it seemed less private and more public baths. Having seen how busy the golf was, I felt maybe this isn't a private membership golf and spa hotel anymore. All in all, I did have a comfortable stay but found the hotel not private enough to make it a special experience, which is what I expected for the price and given its previous reputation in the community and in reviews.

Breakfast experience was horrible.. waiting over 20 minutes for cold fried eggs Also the ambience of was like sitting in a conference room.

It is a Beautiful hotel. You can drive up to the front door unload and park. Unfortunately the staff didn’t great use or say hi when we went check in. This I found impolite.  The room looks like new. Very clean and tidy. In my opinion the Bathroom needs updating. Overall I had a good sleep and was satisfied with the facilities, and the price 

Lady at reception was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. She helped us check in and get our room at 12pm which was excellent after driving for 3 hours. Room was warm, modern and clean with all the amenities. We ordered breakfast(room service) through the online ordering system which was slightly confusing ie it didn’t allow me to select only 1 person. Also, I didn’t realise that for the Scottish breakfast you would need to select toast from the Continental selection in order to get it. However, was pleasantly surprised that one of the ladies from the restaurant brought up to my room some toast and pastries. Only thing to improve on for the hotel is the coffee was very weak. I would recommend staying at the hotel. Love the grounds and the “castle” stately home look of the hotel.

酒店是在老古堡的基礎上擴建的，旁邊就是高爾夫球場，環境無敵。酒店服務很糟糕，從酒店大堂到客房要穿過多個長廊，換乘電梯，酒店前台無任何指引，當地人同樣表示很暈。離愛丁堡城區很遠，衹適合自駕！不推薦！

酒店周圍環境不錯，但酒店的服務一般，前台服務還可以，但有些工作人員，比如酒吧大高個子男服務人員就讓人非常不舒服，直接是對中國人有偏見。這些細微的感受會非常影響你下榻酒店的心情，所以，服務比環境要重要的多，總而言之不推薦入住。因為感受不好，所以儘管外部環境不錯也沒舉起手機拍照。

老牌高爾夫球⛳️酒店🏨，房間歐式風格，早餐豐富，園林漂亮，小松鼠在路間奔跑～房間80cm的床，可以並在一起，可以帶小朋友免費入住，不加費用，我們沒有加床，合併在一起可以睡下，感覺英國酒店的房間大小也加不下

房間温馨，精緻，蘇格蘭格子條紋地毯很有特色，城堡式的酒店加上外面高爾夫球場，遠離喧囂，Uber去市區約21磅左右雖然不便宜，偶爾為之還是很方便，我們很喜歡。服務餐飲都不錯，就是酒店沒有每日兩瓶礦泉水供應，除了第一天有welcome的兩瓶水，中國客人可能不習慣這點，這裏也沒有超市販售機可以買水，喝不慣tap水的要自己想辦法
