Locations was good. Rooms need more love, deep clean and some small renovations. It was difficult to find, because there was no sigh that there is restaurant / hotel that has the same entrance. You literally go to full restaurant of people to find check inn desk, next to the kitchen where the food is delivered for service. It's kind of urban consept, definitely not for families. Young people only. DO NOT BOOK ROOM WITH BREAKFAST!!! That was a big DISAPPOINTMENT. Consept was a la cart service, where you are allowed to get only one plate of food if you want something more you have to pay extra. I needed to wait 10min to order one coffee and continental plate. Then needed to wait 20min extra for coffee. In that time I went to ask where was my coffee. In the end I got coffee and luckily had some food that I bought at the shop the evening before that I eat for my breakfast. So in the end I paid for 2 night included breakfast, but didn't get any food there, just one coffee. Not coming back there, never again. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. I recommend to put extra information online and other booking platforms what the breakfast consept hotel has and it takes forever to get coffee and (and not sure if you will get any food that you payed for) , and how to find entrance and reseption.

This is a very lovely hotel in which to stay. The staff is very welcoming, approachable and accommodating. Our room was lovely and clean and comfortable, although the room was dominated by a four poster bed (on which I cracked my head during the night as I was trying to squeeze around the side of it to get back in). There is very little space around the bed and is not ideal for those of us who travel with suitcases. There was a refrigerator, which was useful, and a fan but it was too loud to keep on at night. Without it, the room became very hot indeed but, in opening the window, the outside sounds penetrated the room. The room itself was very modern and beautiful and it is a special hotel, great for a night or two if you just have a small case. The food in the hotel is also of very good quality and you get a substantial amount. The service was quite slow, though. The restaurant decor is absolutely stunning. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for a short stay.

Lovely little hotel with very comfortable, well equipped rooms. Staff very pleasant and accommodating. The restaurant and bar are well worth a visit with great food at a good price and a great range of cocktails.

Really comfortable beds, ghd straightners which saved my wife taking hers. Shampoo and conditioner smelt amazing.We were in room 9 which could be a little noisy early morning with bin lorries and the like,but wouldn't stop us from staying again.

Friendly, efficient staff, a buzzing bar, a cracking breakfast and bedrooms with everything you could possibly need - all in a great location. We loved our stay and will be back again for the Festival.

Really nice hotel in such a central location. Room had everything you could need - well stocked mini fridge, hairdryer, straighteners, coffee machine. Bed was big and comfy. Only thing I would say is we could have done with some more storage space in the bathroom as there was no shelf or anything to put our toiletries. Would definitely stay here again!

Such a beautiful relaxed stay. Staff were all so nice. Place was spotlessly clean and quite luxurious. There's a really nice vibe to the whole place. Breakfast was also fabulous. Really glad we booked and can't wait to go back.

Location across from Fredrick House Hotel and has a great atmosphere Staff including Iona are bright, cheerful and welcoming Food is very good and filling As said, great location Highly recommend this venue for eating throughout the day Thank you!

This would of got 5 stars but room far too hot Everything else was perfect Coffee machine kettle hairdryer straighteners mini bar glasses Just everything you would need Beds very comfortable Staff very friendly and helpful Rooms and bar clean Breakfast was lovely 😊 This place is located very Central for everything Would I stay here again Yes 🙌
