Very convenient in location. Breakfast is good. Cleanliness in room should be improved.

Great location being only a 5 minute walk from the station. Breakfast was nice and fresh, and room was decent too. Good stay all round.

We stayed for 2 nights and slept like babies Large comfy bed, warm spacious room. Shower was nice and the room clean. Breakfast was ok, day 1 better than day 2 as there was a lot of the hot food missing and the chef in a fluster. 5 minute wait on baked beans, fried egg etc and the chef said it’s because everyone came in at once…. The dining area was only a 1/4 full Nice staff and great location

Lovely comfy rooms that overlooked the road but we never heard a peep from outside. Would definitely stay again as everywhere in the centre was within walking distance. You are told the dining room is fully booked but it's not so push for a table!

We stayed for three nights in December. Great location, comfortable bed, compact but large enough room, good food (breakfast) and quiet. Easy walk to central attractions and rail station at Waverley. Would definitely use again for a short city break in Edinburgh

I stayed here in November, We shared a family room, it was so clean, warm and comfortable. Very quiet and had tea, coffee etc. The hotel is lovely and the staff are friendly and welcoming. My daughter and granddaughter had a delicious cooked breakfast, I had the continental breakfast, both delicious and plentiful.

Just what you expect from a Premier Inn, comfortable beds, clean rooms, friendly staff and great location. Would definitely stay there again, everything was close by. We could walk to the bus, train, tram and were in the centre of the city, close to restaurants and bars too.
