I booked a double room and was told that the room was very compacted. But it was beyond our expectation. Clean and saving. Very central. Just 5 min walk from Haymarket station

Had the pleasure of staying at the Hub Premier Inn in Edinburgh and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and accommodation that I received during my stay. As a first-time visitor to your hotel, I was not quite sure what to expect, but I have to say that my experience exceeded my expectations. I had decided to take a trip with my son to Edinburgh to show him the sights and give him a little taste of Scottish culture. I was not familiar with your hotel before booking my stay, but after a little research, I decided to give it a chance. I have to say that I was not disappointed. The Hub Premier Inn was situated in a great location for exploring the city on foot. It was close enough to the castle to make for a convenient visit, yet far enough away to be quiet and peaceful at night. We were able to explore the city via Princess Street or take back streets to the Castle entrance and the Edinburgh museum. Overall, I would highly recommend your hotel to others who are looking for a great place to stay in Edinburgh. The quality of service, accommodation, and location exceeded my expectations. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and I hope to have the chance to visit Hub Premier Inn again in the future.

Stayed here for 1 night prior to flight for our annual holiday to Greece. Room small but clean. No hospitality tray but complimentary hot drinks available on help yourself basis in reception/bar area. Shower good although I do prefer a stronger pressure and more powerful shower head. We picked this hotel for location but the absolute stars of the show are the staff. Took time to chat and made us feel so welcome.

We booked a bigger room. Which felt just as small as a small room. But the bed might have been bigger. Bed was comfy, everything very clean and the staff very friendly.

Very small room for the price, could have stayed closer for close to same price, no hot breakfast option, parking a good walk, nothing they could change, staff were brilliant and check in was flawless.

I had an overall excellent experience during my stay at hub by Premier Inn, The hotel is located at the center of the city near public transportation and all the interesting sights, and the location felt very safe. The room is rather small but very well organized so the available size was optimized. The room was very clean and had modern amenities (I particularly enjoyed electronic light and air-condition controls) and the bed was remarkably comfortable. Stuff was also extremely polite, an overall value for money experience. The only improvement to be recommended is the inclusion of more options in the breakfast, the menu was a little bit limited.
