I’ve dined with work colleagues at that restaurant. Poor service of every team member. Their menu has only 3 options, but they offered the “day mussels special”. Which I took, but I regretted it. COLD mussels are not tasty. Half of them = empty. Very small quantities. I requested a second service of fries, the service lady said “yes” but she never came back with the requested 2nd portion. In fact, nobody ever showed up = I wanted to ask my mussels to be heated up, because the dish it was cold. Also, they only offered bread to my 2 colleagues, not to me. Of course we shared, but they did make us all 3 feel like “we are on their way” because they were busy with a big reception at the table in front of us (wine sampling). This restaurant is not cheap. You can find much better quality for much less price in the area of Lörrach. We 3 are disappointed of this experience. Not worth your time or money in any way :-(

This is our favourite hotel whenever we are on our way to or from Italy. The design of the rooms and the hotel and restaurant is very nice and fresh (I love the use of the color blue). The restaurant serves tasteful dishes with the possibility to enjoy dinner in a lovely garden.

Mit einer Gruppe von 28 Personen haben wir einen wunderbaren Abend im Wintergarten des Walser´s verbracht. Toller Service, tolle Qualität der Speisen, ein rundum schönes Ambiente, alle haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team!

Ich habe im Haupthaus übernachtet (also da, wo auch das Restaurant ist) und mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Mein Zimmer mit schönem Holzboden war geräumig und auf eine schlichte Weise geschmackvoll gestaltet. Morgens gibt es ein gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück, das im Übernachtungspreis inbegriffen ist. Das Verhältnis vom Preis zur Leistung ist ausgezeichnet. Folglich gibt es von mir klare fünf Punkte.

très propre bien situé jolie chambre contemporaine excellent petit déjeuner bon rapport qualité prix. facile d' accès parking restaurant le personnel parle surtout l' allemand (normal) heureusement Lisa parle anglais. la salle de bain est bien équipée

Uitstekend hotel, zeker voor als je oo doorreis bent van/naar Italië. Keurige kamers, goed en vriendelijk personeel. Restaurant is uitmuntend. Enige opmerking: kamer was voorzien van airco, dit was absoluut nodig aangezien de kamer zeer warm was.
