Timamoon is absolutely magical! From the stunning views to the dreamy atmosphere...oh and let me not forget to mention the delicious food! It was so much more than we could ever imagined. It's one of those places that describing it doesn't even come near to doing it justice, you simply must go and experience it for yourself!

We had the most amazing stay. Everything was perfect, the location and the views are ideal. The villa (Moon River) is exceptional. The whole experience was wonderful. A big thank you to the staff that was so fantastic (Jabulani and Zodwa for a particular shout out). Thank you Benjamin as well at the gate that greeted us so pleasantly. We will definitely be back and spread the word that this the best lodge ever. I wish we could rate you more than 5 star!

We recently celebrated our 21st wedding anniversary at Timamoon Lodge, and our second visit was just as magical as the first! The serene beauty of Hazyview combined with the exceptional hospitality made our stay unforgettable. The luxurious accommodations, stunning views, and attention to detail in every aspect of the lodge exceeded our expectations. We truly felt pampered and rejuvenated. Timamoon Lodge is a perfect blend of tranquility and elegance, making it our top choice for special occasions. Highly recommend!

The best exclusive getaway ever with a focus on the smallest detail. Nothing is left to chance. Location is exotic and secluded and the food is exellent. Although the tarrifs are quite high, it's definately worth it for an unforgetable stay.

Just driving there was a great experience. Upon arrival we received a great welcome from Dirk. Our house was beautifully decorated and the view was breathtaking. Breakfast and dinner were one of the best culinary experiences we have ever had in a hotel. Timamoonlodge was the most beautiful stay for us in South Africa.

Our first trip to South Africa had already been out of this world before we arrived at Timamoon to culminate our holiday, and talk about ending on a high note! WHAT A PLACE! From the curious sculptures at the entrance gate, up through the never ending pink haze of flowers on the long drive, to the glamorous lodges themselves - this whole place is a dream. We stayed at Blue Moon and it was the epitome of luxury. Gorgeous, lush gardens with a private infinity pool overlooking jungle and waterfalls, and beautifully decorated interiors with eclectic collections of objects and artefacts. Everything was perfection - the bubble bath drawn for us and the cold bottle of champagne waiting for us after our first exquisite dinner at the restaurant, the friendly peacocks joining us for breakfast the next morning, the massages, the private picnic by the waterfalls, the cinema night under the stars - even the fragrant handmade soap in the shower. The attention to detail is exquisite and nothing is too much trouble. And the food….!! We haven’t stopped raving about the place since we got back. Hands down the loveliest place we’ve ever stayed.
