My newly married wife and I spent 6hrs here and had to leave this hotel is absolutely disgusting definitely not a 4star hotel,not the hotels fault but the people advertising it it’s in a very run down area the rooms are extremely basic and dirty,if your on a hen/stagdoo it would be ideal but for a romantic short break definitely not ,I would not recommend for romantic quiet break

Being a solo traveller, I found this hotel very friendly and safe. The room is comfortable and cleaned on a daily basis. All staff have been friendly and informative. The food is nice and a good selection is available. Shops and beach very close by. My only request would be tea and coffee making facilities in room, I did ask for a kettle and it was delivered to my room a.s.a.p. Only 2 days until I leave to go home, so will enjoy the remainder of my stay, knowing I will love it ☺️

The service was verry good, really nice staff. They help you inmediatly. The food buffet was lovely, lot’s of choices of defferent foods& drinks. If you needed anything, they would be right there to help you, verry kind staff. Good teamwork in there team.

Comfortable and stylish rooms. Friendly staff. Lots of places to relax. The roof top bar is an exceptional addition to the hotel with amazing views! Entertainment on an evening is good too. 3 brilliant pools. Definitely would recommend to others.

Loving it at Mediterranean Bay….. We are having a lovely holiday at Mediterranean Bay. We arrived several hours before the allotted check in time so were delighted that a room was swiftly made available to us (realise that this might not always be the case depending on seasonal capacity) We have stayed in many hotels in Europe and this is definitely of a high standard in our eyes. The most important thing for us is comfort and cleanliness of the room ….both of which are perfect. You won’t go hungry here…..there’s a very wide choice for the All Inclusive breakfast, lunch & dinner. (Drinks are refreshingly cold) The location allows for peaceful strolls around the harbour and along the promenade but the hustle and bustle is available if you prefer too. A huge thank you to ALL of the Team here for looking after us so well and to Jet2 for the opportunity. We are very grateful that we will be returning to the U.K. following such a totally relaxing break :)

I am disappointed. They advertise for their all-inclusive. This is not all inclusive. There are too much things missing to call themselves an all-inclusive hotel (if you pay for that package). I did and I actually feel tricked. Not even a proper cappuccino is in their package. Water bottle is also extra. Their food is very bad. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are below what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Their meat for example is of cheap quality. One example from the lunch/dinner was their beef stew or something was filled with bones/joints. Rooms are okay; for one person. I was alone and it was fine. The air condition was working well :) But their beds are terrible. Their location is good! - I still have some days left of my stay but I will not return.

Celebrated my 50th Birthday at this hotel with a friend. We had a fabulous time. Staff were friendly and Suzanne went above and beyond giving us an upgrade to a fantastic room with huge balcony & a bottle of complimentary cava. Plenty of choice at meal times and an outside terrace where you could finish off your drinks after the meal. Hotel very clean. Great atmosphere on the rooftop terrace with entertainment & music. Lovely views. Plenty of bars and restaurants just a short walk away. Nice beaches and promenade. We really enjoyed our stay here and enjoyed the resort. I dont think the hotel gets the credit it deserves on trip advisor. Thank you MLL Meditteranean Bay for such a wonderful stay.

Such a lovely holiday! We upgraded our room for an amazing price and everything was clean, house keeping was done everyday, always a variety of food (the chicken noodle soup was amazing! Missing it already) Only a short walk away from the beach which is super convenient and there are lots of things to do. The only criticism we can give is that there are limited sun beds around the pool but lots of tables and chairs so there’s always somewhere to sit. Staff were all great Will definitely be back in the future :)
