Hotel nice with a good sea view from our balcony on the 9th floor but a uphill walk back to the hotel from the seafront so of your a bit infirm please take note-food was reasonable even though not to everyone’s taste there was something to eat everyday-your drinks were on tap for tea/coffee/soft drinks but anything alcoholic you are now restricted to 3 in the afternoon and 3 at night(please note this is a government policy not the hotels) as also a tariff to pay upon entering the hotel (based upon how many stars the hotel has-more stars=more money) these are now things to factor in when choosing a Balearic island holiday-the bed what we had was the biggest problem as they looked old frames and a awful spring mattress what was very difficult to get comfortable on-but all in all a decent stay and close to Palma(3 miles) and a nice clean place

40 something Brit couple. Forget what the others suggest. The hotel is clean, we ate really well. The beds are comfy and the Aircon was ok. Staff are super friendly and very helpful. The all inclusive drinks debate is not the hotels fault, so no point in commenting on. Do your research! Majorca is a built up area, so naturally you won't have 12 hours of sun per day due to buildings. The location is great. Great value for money. Would happily return. We stayed 4 days as a opportunistic break. Wouldn't stay for longer. The pool isn't heated which is the only negative. Thanks team.

I'm going to start with the BAD BITS. My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights, he accidentally left English money in the draw. We contacted the hotel to say about this and they said that the cleaners found nothing! Lies complete Lies that money was there. Our mistake and error. Don't make the same mistake as us. You will not get it back. Hotel room has no fridge, beds are very hard but we slept. Some staff were friendly. Food is OK and we did eat something each night. It's not all inclusive but our mistake again for not looking at the reviews. Would I go back? Not to this hotel because some of the staff are UNTRUSTWORTHY MAKE SURE YOU CHECK EVERY PART OF THE ROOM BEFORE YOU LEAVE!

Was forced here due to a flight cancellation apparently they had 35 rooms available which I can understand why after staying for one night , apart from the room being clean that was it , the rooms outdated , the bed was rock hard , the food bit smelt vile and breakfast that they offered us most people didn’t bother , lifts very creaky and out dated and the surrounding area where the hotel is situated very run down , 5 minute walk to beach was the only good thing ,if that had been what I had paid for stay in in Palma I would of checked myself out and found something else , just vile do not book

Just don't.... but decent location close to the beach and bars to get hot food No wonder there's people on the beach offering massage as the beds are that uncomfortable you need to be snapped like a glowstick Me and my fiancée both returned home with a stomach bug from the recycled buffet Friendly staff tho but would never return

Mixed thoughts on this hotel... Reception area clean, friendly reception staff, we accidentally flooded the bathroom on the first evening and they were very quick to send housekeeping and supply clean towels, restaurant staff nice enough but were very eager to clear the tables and get you out of there Rooms were basic but cleaned daily, shame there isn't a fridge and a kettle Sockets both sides of the beds would be nice too Bathrooms could do with a little TLC but perfectly functional The food is shocking and was always cold We are not beer or wine drinkers so didn't sample any of the free drinks (spirits and cocktails are not included in the all inclusive) There are 2 lifts which take ages to arrive and then you have other rude guests who think it's acceptable to push in front of you to get in first (not worth the argument on holiday) The location is good and we had a nice sea view One last thing WIFI is hit & miss, works great around the pool and reception area but in the room completely disappears Would I return...sorry no 😞
