Hotel Quijote

Looked nice on the booking sites. It’s an old structure that looks modern. Big rooms but dark old world vibes all around. There were noisy birds on the rooftop behind our room. The single beds were comfortable. Shower head in the bathroom wasn’t great but water pressure very good. Housekeeping wasn’t great. Breakfast was terrible. Front desk staff were very accommodating and helpful. Location did not disappoint as its walking distance to everything.

This place is clean and comfortable, but it must be run by fascists. When we arrived earlier than the check-in time we were told not to return to check in until 2pm. We arrived fifteen minutes before 2 and were forced to wait until after 2 to gain access to our room. On the evening before check-out we asked for an extra hour or two, and the front desk offered us an additional 8 hours, but only at a half day additional rate. When we said we only wished an extra hour or two, the robotic woman at the front desk told reminded us that the hotel “es un negocio” ( is a business). Obviously, management does not understand the concept of “HOSPITALITY”. I would not recommend this place, event to my worst enemy.

Loved the location. Easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants and main street - as well as the lovely preserve in town that is worth a couple of hours to visit. But I digress. Besides the location there is nothing to distinguish the hotel. The rooms were average in comfort and size. The continental breakfast was good but the breakfast room staff never interacted with customers or made us feel welcome. Front desk was professional but not necessarily welcoming or friendly. On our last day, we stored our luggage and told them that we will need the luggage by 1PM. This was important because a big tour bus was there with tons of bags in the lobby. When we came back for our bags, the manager - who was at the front desk took me to the filled to the brim luggage storage room and basically said find your bags. Fortunately, she helped a bit and the bellhop eventually showed up to retrieve my bags from the back of the room. Not a big deal, but not a good experience.

The people working in the hotel are unpleasant and don’t do their job properly. From all the people I talked to, only Nathalie was an angel, working perfectly, conscientiously and being always helpful

Excelente Hotel. Remodelado. Muy buena ubicación, pleno centro a 100 metros de la avenida principal. Cómodo y muy práctico. Cerca de los lugares de interés, como ser: bancos, agencias de turismo, Cafés, Restoranes, Supermercado, taxis, etc. También cerca de la costanera del lago argentino, se puede ir caminando sin problema, es seguro. En cuanto a la atención de los empleados del hotel, muy atentos y amables!!! Volvería sin dudarlo!!!

Excelente lugar.Impecablr y la atencion llena de amabilidad y predisposición. Sin dudar regresaría al mismo lugar.Gracias por su atención y Hospitalidad.Ambientacion maravillosa, con excelente gusto en la decoración de cada espacio del hotel.
