Your reservation was for a standard twin room with a view of the hill, and we offered you a twin deluxe room with a view of the lake free of charge. The dimensions of our beds are within standard specifications, and I’m very sorry that they were not comfortable for you. Unfortunately, there were no other rooms available, at the time of your check-in. On a positive note, we are glad that you enjoyed our breakfast and our restaurant.
