Place was nice but no cooling. Had to move rooms three times. First night room was at 28c

Meilleure expérience, hôtel très propre avec des chambres spacieuses et très bien entretenues, une belle vue et le personnel et très sympathique et serviable, Je recommande vivement cette établissement et je souhaite revenir très prochainement.❤️

먼저 오후 12:45분에 도착했는데 EARLY CHECK IN을 해주어서 좋았습니다. 호텔 바로 앞에 바다가 있어서 경치가 정말 좋습니다. 직원들 다 친절해서 좋았습니다. 단점으로는 수온이 조절이 잘 안됩니다. 뜨거운 물 찬 물이 번갈아 가면서 나와서 아이들한테 좀 위험합니다. 그리고 헬스장은 유료이고 아이들이 들어갈 수 없어서 이 점이 불편했습니다. 전반적으로 아주 좋았습니다.

Hotel calme et propre ! Situé dans un emplcament verdoyant et en face de la plage de Haouzia. Le petit dej varié et avec beaucoup de choix. Je recommande !

I had the chance to stay at this place recently and I notice an inconceivable regression in the services provided by this hotel, a quality which is deteriorating from day to day and this is explained by administrative management which leaves many questions asked about its work and its role. note remarks on the work of the so-called director who never ceases to treat the staff like employees on his farm: yelling in the corridors shouting orders in all directions without saying that the summer visitors are coming to rest. I really put in questions the choice and the criteria on which the managers relied to put in place a person who pitifully and horribly manages a hotel of such scale and Remarks which are confirmed by making an overview of the lamentable quality linked to the catering service of the supposedly very miserable dishes a very very modest breakfast buffet for 65 dhs....???? A situation linked to poor management despite the efforts made by Ms. Hajar. Very urgent measures must be put in place and taken quickly for good management, starting with the management which is leading the hotel to premature decline...

It was better than expected, great service, clean and gorgeous apartments, there are 4 big pools And 2 small ones for kids , a gym , coffeeshop everything you need pretty much , and they scheduled some activities to do throughout the day in the pool and also at night Beautiful view on the ocean, although you can't swim unless you go for a 5 mins drive

I m a regular visitor to ELJadida but this is the first time I decided to stay at Zephyr and wasn't disappointed. The hotel ticks all the boxes: spotless, majestic view of the sea and the forest, friendly staff, high debit internet connexion, soft and comfy beds with satellite TV, hot water in the shower, pools, green The hotel is popular with Teachers as they get a significant discount but even if you book through booking com or ******* you still get value for your money This is a place where you can exhale or jog and run as the beach is within a stone's throw. Definitely would stay there again and highly recommend it. The only downside is the hotel located a few miles from the city and young need a car if you fancy going anywhere

Very nice property with thr worst service you can have I tried to make a reservation by phone they are not responding, i went myself to the hotel and asked the receptionist she asked me to send a mail and guess what the email adress is not working and keep bouncing, the receptionist was like a machine and didn't make any effort to assist when we asked about someone from the reservation department, good luck for your bookings 🙄

Went there on a family trip. Check in was quick . The double bed room was clean and well ventilated. Fast and stable internet connection . Food is good at good prices. Minor inconveniences to expect ( loud music on the pool at night, missing bathroom towels). Do not recommend to stay more than three nights as there’s nothing to see on the nearby city

Appart hôtel récent, en bon état, situé en front de la mer haouzia d'el jadida, à 5 minutes de la ville. Les chambres sont spacieuses et le personnel est agréable. Le restaurant offre des prestations correctes. Salle de sport payante avec bon matériel. Complexe dédié au personnel du ministère de l'éducation nationale et ne propose ses services qu'en période de basse saison. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Je recommande
