RL Harbor Inn

Stayed here for 4 nights with my two friends and don’t have one good comment to make about this place bar it’s location. Within the first hour of our arrival, there was a HUGE cockroach in our room. While the staff were trying to remove it, we noticed a mouse run across the reception area from the kitchen. We requested our money back and said we would go elsewhere but they insisted we move to the newer building. We accepted this to avoid the hassle of moving despite the room being smaller (unacceptable for three adults) and still on the ground floor. When we woke up after the first night, the staff started asking for more money saying we got “upgraded”. We refused this as we never asked, it was offered. Nothing more was said on the issue however, the staff acted hostile toward us for our 4 night stay. There was also constant noises throughout the night being made by the staff sweeping the floors and slamming doors and also the bed would make excessively loud noises if you move. There was also a power outage and the place had no generator so rooms were unbearably hot. Much better accomodation options available for the same price.
