El Nido Royal Palm Inn

It was a great stay, relaxing and enjoyable. The staff are polite and assistance given are remarkable. The food is good as well as the ambiance takes you to a breath taking sceneries of the beautiful El Nido. Will definitely come back again and again with friends and loved ones!

Nice social hotel

Хороший отель, вкусные завтраки, есть прачечная, бесплатно наполняют бутылочки с водой, самое важное - есть горячая вода. Отзывчивый персонал, нам постоянно что-то надо было, и нам это без проблем организовывали)

If you’re thinking of staying here, DONT. The place should be condemned. Firstly the room, very very basic no kettle or glasses for water. No duvet ! Just a sheet. 200 peso charge for any marks on the bed sheets however there was dried blood on the bedsheets, I doubt they was changed before we arrived. Beds must be infested with bugs as I was bit several times. The bathroom stink of damp mouldy water. The shower was a joke must of been 5 different pipes connected to an electric shower which trickled Luke warm water, also the shower electric Cable was taped up with electrical tape. The breakfast was pitiful, breakfast was served between 7 & 9 but wasn’t ready for 7am they also have the audacity to charge you 200pesos for leftovers, we left what was a mouth full on the plate and was told if we didn’t eat it we would be charged. Now the staff, they have a mixture of older ladies and younger, the older being extremely rude and unwelcoming. The young ladies working there I felt sorry for as you could see the embarrassment of having to try charge you 200 pesos for a mouth full of food. All in all this is a very run down unorganised shambles of a hotel. They have absolutely zero customer service, save your money and pay extra for somewhere respectable as this place will put a serious damper on your holiday.

Travel agent booked this hotel for us for a standard double room for 4 nts. We got a double bed room, but no TV and room was very plain. When we complained about no TV we were told that the room that was booked for us showed air con and Wi-Fi, and we did not book a room with a TV, which BTW their website shows rooms with TVs and we picked this hotel based on photos shown to us by travel agent, which room was much more under-whelming than the photos. When we asked the front desk doesn't a 'Standard Double' room come with a TV? Got really no response from them. I told them that they we didn't book a room with a toliet, bedsheets, a mattress, pillows, toliet paper, etc.; but the room seemed to come with these items, other than just Wi-Fi and Air Con. They eventually said they would try to move us to a room with a TV the second day. When they moved us to the new room with a TV, which BTW did not even work. This other new room was a very small room that barely fit the double bed with very little walking space and an even smaller bathroom, and there was no where for us to put our clothes so we would live out of our suitcase; which there was really no place to even put the suitcase. So we just asked to get moved back into our original room with no TV as it was about 40% bigger (which isn't saying much), but at least it had a place to put our clothes and suitcase. Also, the 'Wi-Fi' internet was very poor in both rooms and only seemed to work okay either in the lobby area (ground floor) or on the top (4th) floor where the dining rea was located. Hotel is located about 2-3 km from the main area of El Nido. We recommend you stay somewhere else.

Con 35 camere di cui solo 6 o 7 occupate ci hanno assegnato una camera microscopica dove non c’era spazio nemmeno per aprire la valigia sul pavimento. Il bagno aveva come finestra un buco aperto in alto. Appena ha iniziato a piovere abbiamo dovuto farci cambiare camera perché l odore di fogna era insopportabile. Ce ne hanno assegnata una con finestra sul corridoio!!! Ripeto che l’hotel era praticamente vuoto. Questo vuol dire non saper fare il proprio lavoro. Sulla colazione evito ogni commento. Al rientro la sera la camera non era stata pulita. Abbiamo chiesto informazioni e ci hanno detto che le pulizie vengono fatte ogni due giorni. Ma con solo 6 o 7 camere occupate non son stati in grado di dare una rassettata? Senz’altro il posto peggiore dove ho soggiornato. L’hotel non è neanche sulla spiaggia.
