Upon arrival, the front desk guy, Erik was very pleasant and inviting. He made check in super easy and seamless. The room was clean and comfortable. This is my second time staying at this location. I wish the rooms were a tad updated especially the bathrooms but for a quick overnight stay - it was great. Breakfast was decent and the morning staff was super pleasant and professional

I don’t know why this hotel has only three stars because they give Staybridge a run for their money! This like apartment living only it’s all Hotel, the staff goes above and beyond from the kitchen to the front desk to housekeeping. We liked it so well we’re coming back in two weeks for three weeks. I know with my company that I work for this will be the place. I will always book in El Paso.! The cooks Brenda, Bryan & Sal Super personable and accommodating, amazing people!

The room is clean, comfy pillows, delicious breakfast, including juices, fruit and pancakes every day! And they have a small gym room and laundry, very delightful experience. The stuff is also very helpful, greeting us every morning, make us feel good in the start of the day!

The staff is amazing to say the least, breakfast has never missed. The food and the staff made me feel like I brought a little piece of home here with me. The cleanliness is phenomenal, I would come back here just to show my family the lovely people and place. Thank you very much Staff, for making me feel right at home.

I had an extended stay at the Chase Suites Hotel for business at one of the local facilities in El Paso International Airport. Although I was hesitant to stay at a hotel for such a long period of time (almost a year!), I knew that I could rely on a clean room and friendly smile from a member of the staff at this hotel. I've come to call this place a second home, and that is all thanks to the wonderful team running this show. A very special mention to Kayla and Erik at the front desk, they were always ready to help and good to strike up a conversation with after a long day. If I'm ever in the El Paso area again, you can be sure I'll be staying with Chase Suites!

Kayla was always so kind and accommodating! The rest of the staff was great too, including Eric. They have helped me whenever I needed something to print, and even when I just wanted to talk about favorite movies. I appreciate their positive attitude, and I am sure that anyone else who visits will have a great stay!

The rooms that my wife and I occupied were very clean. The space had a welcoming vibe. The softness of the beds allowed my wife to have two nights of pleasant rest. Although the rooms that my wife and I occupied were excellent, their excellence would have diminished considerably had the staff at Chase Suite Hotel not exemplified such awesome professionalism. Thanks you guys...and a special thanks to Jennifer ( manager) for modeling to her team the professionalism that my wife and I enjoyed and were grateful to benefit from. Keep up the good work. Jennifer at the front desk was very helpful and polite. Her professionalism and great personality made my check in experience very pleasant. Made me want to come back again. Jennifer even made some great local food recommendations and things to do during my stay.

Jennifer was very kind a lovely! Made my business trip a little better, and the clean room I arrived to was the cherry on top. I enjoyed using the pool and jacuzzi and whatnot. I enjoyed the tamales that they made for breakfast and cereal and whatnot.
