Hyatt Place El Paso Airport

I only had the opportunity to stay one night, but I found the place delightful. The staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful .. the whole place was clean and nicely appointed. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was very nice, as was the free breakfast. They went above and beyond for me when I accidently left something important behind. Cudos to all involved and I highly recommend the Hyatt Place.

Great welcome and service from Benny. The room was very clean and the extra pillows we requested were in the room. The staff at this hotel care about your experience with them. This is one of the nicer Hyatt Places that we’ve stayed in terms of cleanliness, friendliness, and staff.

Location near shopping areas, gas station, food, airport and I10. Excellent rooms and customer service.

This is a nice hotel but the proximity to the 10 is a real problem for a light sleeper like myself. I would've been able to deal with it had the A/C had a "constant fan" function on it but it didn't. Service was top notch but housekeeping is only every other day so if you're just staying two nights, you don't get housekeeping. They switched me to another room after a sleepless night, the new room was only slightly quieter but did have an A/C that I could run the fan constantly so that helped. The rooms themselves were clean, furniture and plumbing fixtures were in good shape and the beds were very comfortable. The single elevator (that has been a problem for several months) was an issue and the back door not unlocking with a key was very annoying. Breakfast was only slightly better than a typical continental breakfast but I did appreciate that it was served early.

I was very pleased with the conditions of the Hotel and rooms overall. If I could change something would be to get the second elevator fixed. Thank you!

The rooms were larger than expected and the location of the hotel was perfect. The staff was very attentive, kind and polite.

The hospitality that I received from this Hyatt location has been by far the best of all Hyatt Hotels I have stayed in. From the General Manager who took the time to welcome me and get to know me, all the way to the front desk staff member, and even the shuttle bus driver. It was obvious that there was great chemistry and just a great work dynamic amongst the staff. Best Hyatt stay by far.
