The room was dirty, cracks in the tile, very small room (king bed). The chair in the room was filthy with strains. Staff were good. The morning breakfast options were very limited and the dining room was dirty and unkempt. Parking was free in front of hotel. Highway construction in progress outside the facility.

Dirty! Rooms need painting. Bathtub had crud in it. The bathroom on the main floor had no toilet paper or hand tools. The staff was helpful and the bed was soft. I can sleep anywhere but I definitely wouldn't bring my wife here. I guess I got my $61 worth

Continental breakfast had no protein, no eggs or sausage. No creamer or 1/2 n 1.2, only milk. Coffee was not fresh brewed, came out of a machine, like it was instant. The last two Quality Inns we stayed in on this trip had eggs, sausage and good coffee and cream so I was very disappointed.

AWFUL!!!! It was extremely NOISY!!! all night long even with the air conditioner on high. Had early flight so this was disappointing. Room was blah with no soap; Kleenex, towels looked used before and just restocked.

Stayed 1 night, passing through. Accidentally booked handicap room, didn't realize until we saw the shower. It was covered with mildew, and had a sloped ramp that created a huge puddle of water on the bathroom floor. Just seemed like a poor design. Bathroom had 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth. For 2 people. Normally would be good for a 1 night stay, except when you need your bath towels to soak up the huge puddles on the floor! The room itself seemed clean, and we faced away from the freeway. But the hallway on the ground floor looked like it had never been vacuumed!! Didn't make it to breakfast until 8:30, normally not a problem at most hotels as they continually restock. But this was apparently a "you snooze, you lose" situation. I wouldn't stay here again.

Great hotel they are very helpful and friendly, I read the reviews but as per my experience we didn't have any issues at all. They have a great breakfast great clean rooms and great staff. We will stay here all the time and also recommend to all friends and family. DO NOT LISTEN to the bad reviews We have stayed in a lot of hotels around the US and this is one of the best! Keep up the good work.

👆⚠️❌❗❌⚠️OJOOOOOOOO no lleguen al hotel quality inn AND suites i-10 está en pésimas condiciones. No cuenta con control remoto, ni cortinas, ni ganchos para colgar la ropa, no tiene cortinas, ni cobijas, ni desayuno. INA COMPLETA PORQUERIA . reserven en otro lugar. LA CEREZA DEL PASTEL la alarma contra incendios activada de 6:30 a 7 am
