The hotel is located very close to I-40 with lots of noises and worst yet, the female staff at the front desk put us in the units at the end of the building which is closest to the highway. The traffic noises were too much all night for a quiet rest. The part We didn't understand was the rooms next to the office that are further away from I-40 were vacant. If you have hard time sleeping with noises around you, it's not a good place to stay at.
The front desk staff was not very engaging, and made one feels that she couldn't wait to get off work. The only plus is the breakfast in the morning.

I would like to give this motel a higher rating, however a few things were not great. The lady we checkd.in with was unenthusiastic about her job. We were in the first building with the office. We had some working men staying in the rooms next to us and drilling outside after 8pm. They weren't loud, but the smoke.wasnt great and my wife was a little uneasy. The room we stayed in the first floor had filthy sticky carpeting and the room just seems dingy The reviews have me scratching my head. Maybe the other building across from the pool is nicer, but we wouldn't stay here again. I am a Diamond Select Member.

Excellent in every way. Very clean, everything in perfect working order. Roomy accommodations and huge bathroom with large, walk-in shower. We highly recommend this particular hotel. Plus a very complete. hot, delicious breakfast-lacking nothing. Staff is always exceptional caring and accommodating. great location, right there off the interstate. Definitely, the place to stay in El Reno.

Room was comfortable, The room had a clock. Christina at the front desk was very helpful and nice The cold water was cool. Although we were on the end near the highway, the room was very quiet. The breakfast was very good, Fresh eggs, good sausage. Room was clean and staff was helpful.

The roof was being worked on, and some of the parking places had packs of shingles in front of them. My dad moved one of them to park. He is older, 83 years old and was wanting to get as close to his room as possible because he was worried about his truck and also a freezer he had frozen meat in. When we came back from eating dinner, one of the rudest humans I have ever encountered just blasted my father, an elderly man with multiple stents in his heart, with great disrespect and anger. He was just furious because the shingles had been moved. He the same as told him how stupid he was and was very disrespectful. He said he was the security person there. This man does not need to be working anywhere near the public. He has anger issues and I was honestly afraid the rest of our time at this hotel because of this incident. He also said the shingles were there so no one would park there and get their vehicles messed up by falling debris, but this was right outside our door and we could have been hit personally by falling debris if that were indeed the case. We will never stay at this hotel again!! This man also needs to find another job and maybe go to anger management class. If the parking lot was off limits for vehicles and pedestrians, it should have been roped off and notice given when we checked in. Not one word was said. The room was fine and the front office young man was very nice.

Nice motel, great for dogs. Large grass area right outside of our room. Beds were comfortable & breakfast was good!

First room we got had muddy foot prints around the room and had a bad smell. Second room was cleaner, but still had a bad smell and the carpet was worn through. My wife was using the hair dryer and it blew up in her hand. Popped real loud and smoke came out of it. Remote for TV didn't work, but I was able to change channels with the buttons on the back of the tv. Overall the room was a dump and I won't stay here again.

Book the king size bed with a recliner got a room with a king size bed not even a chair to set in room smell like sweat and urine and was musty was not clean had crickets in it had to leave the door cracked open all night just so I could breathe of course I got up with terrific allergies the next day when I call the front desk and ask him about the room they said sorry that's all we've got and of course they didn't want to refund my money your points or give me a better route which they did have they just wouldn't move me the motel wasn't even close to being booked
