Hotel Euroski Mountain Resort & Spa

We arrived at the hotel to a very poor reception. Despite it being quiet and within check-in hours, we received minimal information about our stay (breakfast, boot room, spa and ski shuttle bus etc). We had to prize this information out of the receptionist despite overhearing much more informative conversations with other guests checking-in. The hotel itself is clean, well maintained and staff were generally very pleasant. The transfer to the mountain in the morning/afternoons was fantastic and we never waited for the minibus. However, overall the hotel was expensive. We payed for breakfast which was cold every morning. Additionally the spa was €20 per person per day and was busy and small. We didn’t feel it was the price we payed.

**A Catastrophic Experience at a Hotel Unworthy of Its 4 Stars**   We stayed at the Euroski Hotel Mountain Resort & Spa last weekend, and it was a dreadful experience from start to finish. Here's what happened:   - **Closed Spa and No Parking**: Upon arrival, we discovered that the spa was closed for renovations (this was not mentioned at the time of booking), there was no parking available for our car, and to top it all off, our rooms (we were two couples) were not ready, even though it was 4 PM—check-in started at 3 PM.   - **Endless Delays**: By 6 PM, only one of the two rooms was ready. As we had tickets for an event already in progress, we reluctantly left our belongings in the available room and departed, hoping the second room would be ready upon our return.   - **Unacceptable Wait**: Returning to the hotel at 11:30 PM, exhausted and eager to rest, we were shocked to learn that the second room was still not ready! We had to wait once again—this time in the hotel bar—until 12:30 AM to finally receive the key.   - **A Room Under Construction**: The second room was completely unusable:    - No curtains or blinds (making sleep impossible at sunrise).    - Frames left on the floor.    - No bulbs in the bedside lamps.   We demanded an explanation and another room change.   - **Second Attempt, Still a Disaster**: At 1:30 AM, we were given another room, which was even worse:    - This one had curtains, but no showerhead in the bathtub.    - A missing ceiling panel exposed the air conditioning system.    - Stained sheets and an unsanitary bathroom, littered with hair and construction debris.   Frustrated and exhausted, we spent the night in this decrepit room, hoping for a resolution the next day.   - **No Improvement**: The next day, no replacement room was offered, nothing was repaired, and we left the hotel on Sunday bitterly disappointed, vowing never to return.   As "compensation," the hotel offered us a voucher for a free night, which we obviously refused.   This establishment falls far short of 4-star standards. The lack of cleanliness, organization, and service is unacceptable. We strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you’re looking for a pleasant and restful stay.   Photos are available to illustrate the unacceptable state of this hotel.

Another great holiday at this hotel. The rooms are always clean the bathrooms are spacious and plenty of room in the room for a family. We have stayed here before and it hasn’t changed the staff are still very friendly and always love talking to the children. The only complaint we had was that there was a couple of school trips in to which they had been allotted a time for the pool. One evening we were in at our allotted time before the school and a group of the kids decided to try their look and they came in. They tried to intimidate us and the other customers into moving from the hot tub. They were greeted with a bunch of stubborn olds who wouldn’t move. We spoke to reception about this and they sorted the situation and gave us an extra day in the pool. My one suggestion would have been that a sign could have been placed at reception and at the pool reception stating the time of the schools arrival to the pool. The food was great, always plenty of choice again we timed it round the school but this was fine as we sat in the bar enjoyed the space and played pool. Breakfast was plentiful enough choice to stock up on for a full days ski. The hire shop was great on site and the bus service to the lift was fab and ran regularly and smoothly. On a whole we had a great time and will be back.

Brilliant family orientated hotel. We stayed from 31st March to 7th April 2024. Bedrooms clean and comfortable. Buffet style breakfast and dinner was very good with a wide selection of dishes which were changed daily. Plenty of food that appealed to the children's taste buds. All staff throughout the hotel were polite and courteous from the Reception team, Restaurant staff, Spa staff, and the Shuttle bus drivers who dropped us off at the slopes and collected us in the afternoon. The Ski hire team who sorted out the children's ski equipment were also very helpful Rodrigo at the bar was excellent and deserves a mention. All in all an excellent stay. Would I stay at the Euroski Hotel again. Absolutely !

Toyed with this hotel a few times over the years, this year it just ticked all the boxes, did really expect anything special to be honest, we booked it due to the pool and spa, you never know if pics have be retouched or were taken ten years ago.... But crikey the hotel really did itself proud, on site ski rental, large relaxing lobby with sofas and views, good bar area, games rooms, going pong good pool area, large dining/breakfast area and the food was great, great selection, so ignore the reviews, they served up some great food, we is a must after a hard days skiing. The ski shuttle bus, there are two of them and they get you to Tarter gondola within a few minutes, it was painless. I was really impressed with the staff, I would recommend and would absolutely stay again. :)

Lovely hotel with great friendly staff. Long transfer 3.5 hours from Toulouse but no fuss check in helped, pretty much straight to room. Rooms nice size (twin) double bed small fridge, bright, a tv with no uk channels but my Firestick worked with the good free wifi. Full size bath a bonus, modern bathroom, lots of storage and warm. Only gripe no rads to dry wet clothes after ski ing bit of a pain. Take travel kettle my tip and ask for high floor better views. Hotel had nice bar area very quiet, beers were about 5 euros pint not bad, and comfy chairs. Food was good i thought, hot, good variety each night and decent quality. Have to pay for water but seems norm in Andorra hotels. Breakfast same, loads choice hot or cold very nice. (take tea bags of course). Ski room in basement easy, get a free key for lock when check in, but not warm enough to leave boots in locker. Out door to side of Hotel and mini bus takes you to lifts at El Tarter every 10 mins very easy. (3 mins) same to return pick up by main Gondola. Only pain i guess is if you want or need shops or bars as quite a walk away (20 mins) then up hill back !!!! Quiet area overall a few restaurants thats it, as sits between Soldeu and El Tarter. Great for families or if want a quiet spot. Spa nice, pool, sauna, steam room, again quiet, bit confusing if pay or free, Crystal ski seem to have deal with hotel to allow 3 free visits in the week, which was great, if charged see the rep to sort. Need swim cap and flip flops mind. Overall i was well impressed with hotel in a nice ski area, big enough, friendlier and cheaper than France. I would return !
