Located just a bike ride from Sonoma Plaza, this 1930's cottage - TOT Cert # 1190N is tastefully decorated for your enjoyment. The cottage has 2 bedrooms and has a strict 4 person maximum occupancy. Please let us know if you would like to add:-OPTIONAL 1 bedroom guest cottage (Max Occupancy 2 w/queen size bed) located 25' from the main cottage, which is available for an additional charge $60 night +$35 cleaning - great if you have more than 4 people in your party (6 MAX, including cottage + guest house). Sorry - Zen Guest Cottage is NOT available as a stand-alone dwelling, only for overflow guests of Lazy Oak Cottage existing reservations, and ONLY with approval & extra rent. Sitting in the shade of the front porch is a wonderful way to while away an afternoon. The shade from the large namesake Oaktree over the property keeps everything about 15 degrees cooler than out in the sun, and sitting there just feels somehow... right! To help enjoy the cool breeze, we've placed a teak glider bench next to the front door to enhance the experience. The travertine patio gives privacy just steps away from both cottages, and around back is a pergola with a gas fire pit and comfy chairs.
