Welcoming staff ,Splendid service... and superb cool environment.... Really loved it the food is out of this world.... Daaaamn... If this is not finger liking good I do not know what is thanks for the accomodation and the hosting. ☺️

It was a nice place stay for the night. Friendly staff and good food choices in the breakfast buffet 😀. I am definitely coming back again soon.serene environment.James at the reception was very helpful and helped me book my taxi from the hotel.

The rooms are quiet,clean,spacious and beautiful. The food is fresh and tasty. The employees are friendly and willing to help. You feel honored to be here. The outside gardens are beautifully lawned . They have a pool but time did not allow me to swim.

Fairly soulless and mediocre. Buffet food uninspiring, beers very expensive. Rooms not bad, but nothing special. It is clean and is fine for a one night business trip, just don’t expect to be excited in the food and beverage departments. It also lacks a bar area with comfortable seating.

Customer service at the reception is the best I have experienced. Every support I needed or escalation I raised was quickly and completely handled. Maureen was exceptionally helpful, and she is definitely a gift to the organization. Keep it up. Will definitely be back.

Good place and good services. I enjoyed the stay in the place. Break fast was the best. Well made room and best room services. The staff are well behaved and serve you well. Need to improve on internet. Keeps dis-connecting. I look forward to staying there again!

Wonderful, comfortable, friendly staff, clean hotel and delicious food. Highly recommended. Stayed here with work and I’d heartily recommend! It has a lovely restaurant, a great pool a gym and the rooms are very spacious with lovely facilities.

The hotel is amazing with nice employees, meals and customer care services. The services offered were fascinating not forgetting James Mburu for his utmost support and guidance , Mercy Kimeu for her hospitality and Gideon among others that I didn't note their names . I would still want to visit Boma inn any time any day . Am more than grateful.
