The rooms are nice and cosy. Food is okay ,love the service from the waiters, ambience of the environment ,the rooms are clean and well arranged , the systems work well exiting the room everything turns itself off saving energy effortlessly

I was attending the Meru county KESSHA principals conference 2025. Thumbs up to Mr. Daniel, a security personnel who was very kind, supportive & professional in helping "Team Dontech Limited" during this weeks' conference Asante sana. The technical team supporting the conference would have done better though.

Check on your WiFi connectivity very slow however generally everything else is good including reception and general cleanliness is topnotch. Keep up the spirit. I would like to visit again. This is good hotel outside town. Please work on your wifi

Only got to spend one night. Large room, nice lighting, nice spacious shower. The pool was unfortunately closed during my stay. Beautiful breakfast buffet, wonderful service in the restaurant as well as the front desk. Within walking distance of Rupa shopping mall as well which has a large variety of shops.

The room was nice and spacious. Very tiny bathroom. Toilet was not functioning. No hand towels no slippers. How do they leave only one cup? Came at a cold time. Very cold room. The food wasn’t bad. They could do better. Overall, We had a nice experience.

The receptionists and staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my visit making my stay experience truly enjoyable.The luxurious amenities, exemplary services, and prime location are what grabbed my attention to the Boma inn Hotel,Eldoret, i loved everything,I highly recommend Boma inn for serene atmosphere and customer service. A big thumbs up

A great experience at the hotel. Great customer service from the team. Ample parking for the visitors. Serene environment. Top notch cleanliness. Very delicious food in the restaurant area. Waiters were welcoming and great customer engagement and willingness to receive feedback from the customers

Food was so delicious and variety to choose from. The customer service was just wow. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. The ambience was good and the place very clean. We had the time of our life and I'll recommend BOMA Inn any day anytime.
