Good place and very good service. The room was comfortable for us

Ранее отдыхали в другом отеле этой сети и ожидали приветственные напитки при заезде, но их не предложили. Поселили не в тот семейный номер: обратите внимание, что на сайте описание и картинки одного вида семейного номера - на 4 человек, с двойной кроватью и двумя отдельными кроватями, а поселили в номер 403 - якобы тоже семейный номер, но на 3 человек, с двойной кроватью и одной кроватью. Поэтому первая ночь была ужасной, но отель на следующий день предоставил раскладушку, и стало полегче. Также испортило впечатление то, что потом увидели, как при заезде другой семье тот же менеджер наливал приветственные напитки. И номер им предоставил в другом корпусе, на порядок лучше нашего - имейте в виду, что номера на 500, 600, 700, 800 в новых современных корпусах, остальные номера - в старых корпусах. Немного скрасило впечатления небольшая компенсация от отеля - all inclusive на 1 день и питание в отеле. Питание было шикарным, спасибо шеф-повару.

My first and, I feel, the most important review of this hotel is to say that the staff, without exception, make this a good place to visit. They are friendly, professional, kind, considerate and all very good at what they do, from reception, the restaurant, the bar and all other areas. However, we did have a few issues during our stay. Not once did we find that the food was hot, it was barely warm, albeit the salads were fresh and crisp. The all inclusive package was ok, the drinks are only 'free' between the hours of 10:00 and 22:00 which is something to be aware of. The chicken dishes were always made with drumsticks or wings, scrambled eggs were the strangest looking scrambled eggs we’ve ever seen. Unfortunately our room (504) was the worst disappointment. There was limited drawer space, 4 coat hangers, a cockroach, a plunging style toilet which didn’t flush that often, the room smelt damp, the smell didn’t disappear all week but the worst thing of all was the shower, complete with thick brown curtain. The hotel was fully booked so there was no chance of a room change, but when speaking to other guests, we were so disappointed and eventually annoyed to find out that so many other guests had paid a quarter of the price that we did and had refurbed smart walk in showers, big rooms and were very pleased. On a positive note, the view from the restaurant is lovely, the pool area is fine as is the bar area. The beach is a 10 minute walk away but there are no sun beds and make sure to take reef shoes should you wish to swim. The hotel is isolated so taxis are required but there is a shuttle which runs twice a day to Nikiti, or you can walk to the sister hotel a mile away. However there is no reciprocal arrangement for food or drinks there. The Elea hotel is well laid out, however I feel that anyone with mobility issues, wheelchairs, sticks etc, should be aware of the climb up to the room, many steps and uneven cobbled surfaces. There are a couple of ramps to the restaurant and reception. Even after all this, we did have an enjoyable week, made the most of it and although quite a few of the gentlemen of a certain age enjoyed a few too many chip butties, because they didn’t fancy any of the other food presented, it was still a laugh. Thank heavens for Greek sunshine which was fantastic, the stunning calm sea and the locals hospitality.

The hotel is beautifully situated with excellent views across the sea to Kassandra. The dining area is attractive and traditional and overlooks the pools.The whole outside area is kept clean and tidy around a bar area.There is a child's pool and a few outdoor games areas We arrived at 1 in the morning and we had to park on the roadway and lug the cases to reception which is not accessible by car. We were taken to our room and assisted with luggage and found we could park quite close to the room the next morning.The bed was really comfortable and the room had all the amenities needed on a holiday.We also had 2 plates of sandwiches in the room for our late arrival. We were on a full board package so visited the restaurant 3 times a day.All the staff were excellent and enjoyed contact with the visitors. The only downside we found was the food quality and temperature.I know Greeks might not like food piping hot but virtually everything on the hot plates was much too cold to eat except the soups which were always at the right temperature.There were plate warmers but were not switched on .The cold breakfast items and salads at lunch and were excellent. The fruit was of poor quality , poor selection. Hard unripe plums, bruised oranges, grapes and peaches. The water melon was always good. My particular gripe was that although excellent greek yoghurt was available at every meal, honey was only available at breakfast.You need honey with greek yoghurt at all times.I would have liked to have seen more speciality greek dishes , we only had moussaka once. All in all , a great place to stay and would have got 5star if there was more attention to food quality and presentation. A missed opportunity!

The hotel is so pretty and clean, really peaceful with all the trees and flowers. The staff was super friendly, always making sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were really comfortable and had great views. Food was really good, lots of variety for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the pool area was so nice to relax in. The beach is just a short walk away and the water is beautiful. It’s a perfect place to relax. We also loved how close it was to Nikiti and Neos Marmaras, so we could go out for a walk or grab a bite in the village. Honestly, everything was just perfect.

This year due to problem with our room, we were moved to Acrotel Athena Pallace This is a 5 star hotel and we had excellent time! The staff and all employees were so nice and very welcoming, and we stayed in a beautiful room and view. We would like to thank for all your efforts to make our stay unforgettable ❤️ Thank you so much ❤️

Beautiful hotel, with friendly staff! We spent a wonderful vacation in this wonderful hotel , who offers the option of gluten free food, which is very important to us because my daughter and I have celiac disease. The wonderful chefs Dina and Spirous were always available, they made gluten-free pancakes, spaghetti, desserts, and the rest of the staff in the restaurant were extremely warm and friendly, from the guys and girls who serve to the manager Miki, who is always there to make sure you have everything you need, he even recommended us some beautiful beaches that we visited... Really a fantastic, clean hotel, with a beautiful pool surrounded by olive trees where you can enjoy the beautiful Greek ambience. As I worked as a flight attendant, I visited a lot of hotels, but I would definitely single out this one in the top 3, both in terms of beauty and the friendliness of the staff. For every recommendation!

Acrotel Elea beach hotel was nothing short of perfect. Ideal location with beautiful Elea beach a 5min walk. The room was great and very clean. Hotel staff is absolutely amazing. Greeting us with smiles everyday, helpful and accommodating. They speak multiple languages and are fluent in English. The entire staff was amazing but special thanks to Alvin, Nikolai, Katerina and so many others that made us feel at home. Thank you Acrotel hotel staff for a wonderful, unforgettable vacation. Elea beach was the perfect choice.

A great hotel, with an excellent location, at a similar distance from Neos Marmaras and Nikita, separated from the hustle and bustle, surrounded by greenery and true nature, with a magnificent view worth a million dollars. The rooms are comfortable and extremely clean, the food is plentiful, of great choice and of perfect taste. All the staff are extremely friendly and efficient, from the gardener to the hotel manager, who we think is present 24 hours a day because he always finds a solution for everything. All accompanying furniture (beach towels, deckchairs by the pool...) is of course available and at your service Big kudos to everyone, and we'll be back again, for sure.

Great Greek experience! Everything you would expect from a nice seaside hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms. Food is superb! Staff is very kind and helpful. Only small drawback is that hotel doesn't have own beach. But that's quite managable since great beaches are away between 2 and 20 km. Also close proximity to both Nikiti and Neos Marmaras.

Everything was great, we can't wait to come back again. The service at the hotel was excellent, the food as well, and the view from the terrace where breakfast/lunch/dinner is served is magical. All the staff are so wonderful and kind, including the hotel manager, Miki. Highly recommended!

The only negative is if you don’t like bugs don’t stay here! I had emailed the hotel a week prior to our arrival asking for a high floor room. This is because I have a phobia of bugs not usually a problem in a high floor room. We were given a ground floor room surrounded by hedging and greenery and an over hanging olive tree. I told management the night we arrived and the next morning that I couldn’t stay in that room. I was told there was no alternative because they were full. I was assured they use bug spray and told there were no bugs in the rooms. There were spiders in the room large ones and a cock roach in the bathroom which we called reception to remove. I honestly didn’t sleep all week because i was so stressed with the bugs. its a shame because I'm sure i would have had a different experience in a high floor room Needless to say i will not be returning.

Excellent location with beautiful beaches around. Clean, bright room with an amazing view, perfect for watching sunset kn the balcony. Our suggestion is half board since the food is delicious. Stuff was kind and helpful, especially Miki! We ll come again for sure!

Lovely hotel in beautiful quiet surroundings. Staff were wonderful, efficient and friendly, and were fantastic when my daughter needed emergency hospital treatment for a pre-existing medical condition. Nothing was too much trouble for them which made the event far less stressful. The rooms were large, lovely and clean, and garden pristine. Food was delicious and very varied and only problem was deciding what to eat from the enormous choice. Our room 210 had a beautiful view of the sea and a nice balcony too. The Greek night and Latin dancing were good fun, and our crowd had a great time. A car comes in very handy for visiting Nikiti Old Town, Neo Marmaras both about 10 mins drive away, and Athytos which is about 45 mins away; all very pretty and well worth a visit. Thank you to Miki and staff for making our holiday so lovely
