I had an amazing experience at this hotel, very polite staff, the manager took care of all our needs, we requested for a bigger room and next day we had it. Amazing entertainment at the pool and great food. Thank you and for sure we will come back. Alina

I recently stayed at Club Hotel Anjeliq, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. Cool animation and the price matches the quality. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

We are an English family, and the hotel is full of Russian and German.. evening entertainment didn't consider us, so we didn't understand anything that was being said so had to leave early most evenings. We never knew what entertainment staff were saying during the day, on the microphone so we had no clue what was going on and when. The staff in restaurant were amazing, and so friendly and spoke good English. They seemed very happy to have English people at the hotel as they never normally get any so they told us. The guests at this hotel were very rude ! Made us feel very uncomfortable Even my 6 year old kept asking why people were staring at him and nudging into him. I had to say to him don't worry, they just don't have manners like we do. My children didn't understand why it felt like everyone as in the other guests hated us because we were English. Absolutely discusting manners and behaviour from them. Luckily we only stayed 4 days.

Hello. I know that my review on russian for russian sites won't change anything, but maybe a direct email can. I was with my wife and kids at your hotel from 4 to 10 July, and it was good, except this guy "Gökhan", a senior manager. We had a disaster at room - our power socket literally exploded with fire, my wife even had a scar! Moreover, her phone and two charges were broken because of that. So, in the whole world every good manager will afford their help to fix the phone or charges, or maybe the manager can bring a bottle of champagne. I worked as a manager in hotel and i know how a good manager supposed to work. I even understand, that power socket sometimes can explode by accident. But what this guy "Gökhan" did? He screamed an me, said that it was me who blew up power sockets (what??), and ran away from my room. No sorry, no help - but accusing a victim instead of. And this is your senior manager? Im really sorry for this great hotel and great receptionists (like Deniz or Arda), because of this guy "Gökhan" me, my family, all my friends will NEVER visit your hotel again. and a good guys like you won't have millions of rubles because of a very unprofessional guy "Gökhan". Hope, that Anjeliq Hotel's managers will be as good as their beach and sea. Thank you.

The most disgusting hotel I have ever been to. Rude service, dirty place. After hours, the dirty dishes are picked up, in a five-star hotel I have to clear the table. There are leftovers of food everywhere on the stairs, in the vicissitudes, on the armchairs. Terrible place that looks like an Indian hotel. There is no hygiene.

Worst place ever that i have ever seen. It ruined our vacation. It was disgusting (check the pictures), you couldn't eat there. We had to call to the agency to find us an other hotel. Everywhere stinks there, everything is dirty. The biggest problem is that the food are is ... gross.
