We recently stayed at Club Hotel Mirabell from July 6th to 17th for my birthday and were thoroughly disappointed with the experience. Here are the main issues: Lack of Animation and Evening Entertainment - these were almost non-existent. There was very little to do in the evenings, making the stay quite dull and monotonous. The animation team managed to organize only two karaoke evenings during our entire stay, with the rest being “disco” nights featuring Polish, Russian, and Turkish music. They attempted a Mini Disco for kids, but the leader didn’t even know the dance steps. Additionally, the animation team did not wear any identifiable t-shirts. The music quality was terrible and too loud. The bar staff, including the bar manager, were extremely rude. They seemed annoyed by simple requests and were not welcoming at all. They did not speak English and only a little Russian, so if you are not local, you will struggle to communicate with them. The cleanliness of the pool area and bars was appalling. The pool was dirty, and the bar areas were poorly maintained, with sticky surfaces and uncleaned tables. Despite advertising itself as a family-friendly hotel, there were no activities for kids. No Mini club (actually there is one but it is just a locked building without anyone inside), no Mini Disco. "Playground" they advertised is just 1 swing outgrown with large grass around. This made it difficult to keep children entertained throughout the stay. The food variety was lacking. Meals were repetitive and did not cater to different tastes and dietary needs, making dining a less-than-pleasant experience. There were not enough sunbeds near the pools, and they were almost non-existent near the beach. Overall, our stay at Club Hotel Mirabell was far from enjoyable. The lack of entertainment, rude staff, poor cleanliness, no activities for kids, subpar food variety, and insufficient sunbeds make it hard to recommend this hotel to anyone. AVOID!!!!
