White City Beach Adult Only

We have enjoyed our stay at White City beach hotel but do not believe it is deserving of 4.5 stars. Positives - The rooms are spacious and clean The hotel in general is very well kept and clean, including the pool area. The beach is a great addition, with the great view of the sea from the jetty Some staff are lovely and so friendly - special shoutout to Yusuf at the beach bar and the beach lifeguard who was so nice (sorry didn’t get his name!) If you’re looking for a relaxed, hot summer holiday this definitely is the place! Negatives - The food was not great in our opinion. Whilst it was all cooked well, the variation was very limited with lack of options if you didn’t like certain foods Additionally, they had a pasta cooking station where you can see in pictures attached it was more like pasta in a bowl of oil. Some nights we would have sat and eaten dinner before being offered a drink, if at all. Some of the staff in the main dining area were very stand offish, would see you didn’t have drinks but would not offer, often resulting in us going to the bar and getting them ourselves. Whilst this was no hardship for us, we’re unsure why we were blatantly ignored when we were always polite and greeted the staff. Point to note - there are no designated smoking areas in the hotel, which means people can smoke anywhere such as at dinner, by the pool and on the beach. Whilst I have no qualms with people smoking , trying to eat dinner whilst the table next to you are smoking can be very off putting. Same goes for being around the pool and having people smoke next to you all day. It would be nice if there was designated smoking areas, so those who don’t smoke can escape it, and I think there should be a blanket ban on smoking at dinner and lunch. It is also very isolated! This suited us well as we wanted a week lying in the sun, however if you wanted places to explore by walking this may not be the right hotel for you. However if you’re looking for a relaxing holiday by the pool or sea it’s ideal! Overall we did have a very nice stay and would think about coming back.

First of all, my first experience was not good at all, I had many problems, but I had the chance to come to this country again. From the first moment, they took very good care of us, the people working in the restaurant, the people working in the bar really deserve praise, they were always smiling, they always asked what we would like to drink. I would like to thank everyone, especially my friend Hasan, I would like to thank him separately because he is the coordinator of the team, he is a responsible and very successful manager.

Hello, I stayed at this hotel in August. Everything was great. They told me to write a comment. I completely forgot. Now I remembered to write this comment for Hasan because he told me please comment on the hotel and service so that we can see our good or bad deficiencies, there is no problem with the service because Hasan helps us everywhere, I even called him on the phone once to solve my problem, even though he was not at the hotel, he solved the problem in 15 minutes, he definitely deserves the best of everything, the hotel should give him a good salary. The service and ambiance at the a la carte restaurant are very good, of course there are places that should be better, but the good sides are more especially Hasan and his team🍹🥂🥂

We chose this hotel due to it being an adults only hotel. We are very tired parents of 3 children. One being a very lively autistic 7 year old. When we first arrived we were slightly shocked at having to pay for the WiFi and any extra fizzy drinks in the mini bar. We were a bit disappointed by this, but we got over that quickly! We had been to a different hotel previously who had both of these included. Which was why we were shocked. Anyway the hotel its self is amazing. The staff are so friendly. The manager Mesut was so lovely. He upgraded our room to a front sea view room and gave us a very good deal for it! Both of the rooms we stayed in were very clean and comfortable. The food was lovely. I’m quite a picky eater so didn’t try many Turkish foods. But my partner did and he really enjoyed them! The main restaurant was clean and the staff were very friendly and would offer drinks as soon as they seen you sit down. The food was a good variety every night too. The night time entertainment was ok but could be better. But to be honest I was too tired most nights to go down and watch it. The pool was lovely. I was expecting it to be cold but it wasn’t! It was lovely. 28°C, which is not too cold but not too warm so it still cools you down. The shop inside the hotel had very reasonable prices. The hotel I’ve been to before as mentioned above, was very expensive! So this was a nice surprise! We booked our excursions through the travel shop outside of the hotel called Lonely Travel. They had amazing prices and were so friendly. We also did parasailing with the company down the beach. Again they had really good prices. We had the best week here. I will definitely be returning in the future. If you’re looking for somewhere relaxing then this is definitely the hotel to book.

The restaurant and Al a carte food is absolutely lovely and there is choice for everyone. The staff go above and beyond especially Hasan and Sibel where nothing is too much trouble, always remember your favourite drink and table and have the loveliest smiles
