Kemal Bay Hotel - All Inclusive

We had the most amazing time and stay at the Seven Seas Palmeras Bay hotel. Everyone has been particularly impressive but special mention has to be made for Ilyas, Aleyna, Rahike, and Can from the Lobby bar night shift, who have all individually and collectively gone beyond being of such great help and good service to us during our stay. They have all in their way made our stay very memorable and poignant that we will remember for a long time to come. Their character and service are exemplary, and we have come to appreciate them a lot. The hotel is very nice and very well-maintained. We will be returning to Seven Seas Palmeras Bay, and we hope to see the Lobby bar crew for whom we have become grateful for theirhardwork and kindness. Thank you.

The food was amazing. The hotel was really good and the staff was friendly. Animation team filled our days with activity. But the hotel offered to go to a shopping trip which was a total tourist trap. In summary we really enjoyed our vacation. Thank you Türkiye

This was such a good trip! Staff were absolutely incredible, food was nice, I loved it! Comfy room, had such good fun dancing with the staff The spa was absolutely gorgeous! I had a massage and the woman who did it, Tasha, went above expectations and was so so lovely to me! My experience here has been amazing!

Great modern hotel with friendly staff. Special mention to Aida in guest relations who was so helpful to us with local information. Helpful hints. There are 5 seven seas hotels in the Antalya area. Make sure you book a transfer to the correct one! The number 50 bus is every 15 mins (a 5 minute walk from the hotel) to the bus station in Ananya and takes about 20 mins, much cheaper than a taxi. The organised trip to Alanya castle and cable car then a trip up in the hills followed by boat trip around the bay including lunch is good value at 59 euros. We bought Turkish Lira but everything is in Euros apart from the bus. There is a spa offering massages at the hotel which were excellent value (we did get half price as beginning of the season ) and really good. The food here is varied and excellent quality. We ate in the seafood a la carte once and that was really nice too. Staff are all really friendly. The entertainment only really got started last night as it’s so early in the season but we enjoyed seeing the Colombian Salsa dancers.

Nice hotel, lovely people, the food is nice and the staff is kind to the customers, we'll come here again. Especially an entertainment team: Alisher, Dj Batu, and Leo and Masha. Coffee is very tasty !!! We enjoyed every single thing in this hotel! Big thanks!

Currently staying at the Seven Seas - Palmeras bay, what a fabulous hotel, very friendly and welcoming staff, nothing is too much trouble. Children are very well looked after. Food wise you can always find something to eat. The snack bar is great for a pizza or burger etc in the daytime. Bar staff - especially Ahmet Deniz & Sibel in the lobby bar, Ilyas in the pool bar, the entertainment team (Leo& Alisher) work so hard to get everyone up and dancing throughout the day at the pool side, disco area, informing you of upcoming shows and things for children, bringing the vibes in the evening. Small things like table tennis for the adults and children alike, many hours of fun my children had there. The small pool with water slides is really a game changer if you are scared of deep waters for your children. I really don’t have a bad word to say about this hotel, and for me that’s really something. Have also stayed in Seven Seas Kemer last year and was the same attitude, care and great service as described above. Both hotels are an absolute vibe and I will definitely be coming back alternatively between the two in future! Thank you to all the staff, your hard work didn’t go unnoticed by our family.
