Senza Garden Holiday Club - Ultra All Inclusive

Just back from week stay not the hotel we where meant to be at but the hotel was nice and clean most of the staff where nice unfortunately they don’t really cater for British family’s food not very good kids lived on chips and bread and as for rest of family didt eat much different all food seems to be same thing but with different names put on them no snack bar unless you where at the beach and if you are not in fit state to walk this hotel is not for you as it’s on a mountain and the hills are a killer in the heat

There is nothing good in this hotel. Everything was hellishly bad.  1. Terrible reception! Due to the problem of accommodation, guests are made to sleep in the reception. Someone was sleeping on every sofa. 2. The surrounding environment is stone and concrete. Everywhere uphill, downhill and stairs. You have to walk a lot. 3. Ancient rooms and furniture, doors do not close, mattress and pillow are old, cooling is bad, dirty sheets and towels. The hallway smelled of urine. 4. The dirtiest kitchen, with a terrible smell, dirty dishes, lots of flies, monotonous food. Lack of cooling in the kitchen. Food is left in 40⁰c heat and flies are swarming. If you want a nightmare, go here!

Horrible hotel only pro was the food. .dated rooms nothing like the pictures. Very hilly not for people who can't do steps no lifts have to walk everywhere. Bar staff rude especially cuma no manners .definitely not a 4 star hotel .avoid. worst holiday I've ever had .

Run away! This is not a 5 star hotel! Maybe 3 ! Located on a hill. Lots of hiking! super outdated and neglected. Spent your money elsewhere.

They have a very cute team and really fun one o advice couples and mix group to try it and I really enjoyed my time to good I love santana

The staff (reception, chefs, guest relations) were amazing. Some of the staff from the restaurant were nice, others not so much. This hotel is like a big hill and some rooms are old whereas others have just been renovated but overall adequate enough. The food…. If you are someone who likes Western food, say pizza, chicken nuggets, etc. This place is not for you. I suggest elsewhere as this place does not provide those type of foods. Only chips and pasta is provided. !HEAPS OF FLIES ON FOOD! The entertainment is not bad but you have to walk down a massive ammount of stairs to access it, which is inconvient but okay. There is alot of walking involved, from the heaps of stairs and steep slopes. There is a shuttle bus that carries you but only goes to a few places like the beach and resteraunt (close to it, you have to walk there by yourself). Queue for the bar at nighttime is like a nightmare but sometimes staff do come around with table service asking what you’d like, this is not all the time though. Plus, drinks lack variety.
