We are aspire elite members. We made a reservation, with pets. After driving 12 hours, we arrived to be told by the lady at the front that "we don't have any pet rooms." When my wife pressed, and said we had a reservation she was told "I could get fired if I give you a room! (Again... We had à reservation. ). There were literally 3 cars in the giant parking lot. When we asked her to just call her supervisor she declined. The lady just didn't want to give us a room. Probably because she would have to " do stuff". She then started coughing in my wife's face until we left, rather than calling anyone to assist. Worse than lazy, almost malicious. This is a horrible location, and these are horrible people. Give this one a pass forever. Again, we are Elite members. I've never been so mistreated by any ihg brand, they're usually great. I'll be calling corporate to discuss as soon as the holidays are over. Give this one a hard pass, friends.
