This seems to happen to me a lot. When I arrive at my room, the key does not work. It was a try again and again to open the door. Finally got in but after making another trip to the parking lot, it just would not work. A hotel employee assisted in getting the door open but I I had to move to a different room. The front desk did give a $19 discount off the room, which was appreciated. In the new room, the air conditioner was loud when it worked but did not always work. During the night we woke up sweating due to the heat. When it would shut off, it made a noise loud enough to wake me.

Our room was comfortable, very clean and smelled very fresh. Beds were firm but comfortable. Nice linens, good wifi. Good breakfast selection, friendly staff. We did have to change rooms, our first room (209) backed up to the elevator shaft and you could hear the elevators going and down. Our 2nd room (411) was next to a mechanical room and there was an odd low hum, but it was constant, like white noise, so we slept fine. Rooms on either end of the buildind would probably be quieter. I would stay here again.

We stopped in at this location after having a horrible day of travel with two younger kids who ended up not sleeping the night before from a not so good hotel experience. When we checked in they were beyond friendly, helped us get settled and directed us to an amazing Mexican restaurant next door. Our room was a suite and everyone slept comfortably throughout the night and it was so quiet I didn’t get woke up which is unusual since I’m a light sleeper. The hotel itself felt very welcoming between the smell, light music, and decor I felt like I was staying at a luxury hotel. This hotel also provided a delicious breakfast. Highly recommend staying here if you’re needing a quick location along 40.

We called the same day to see if there were any available rooms and Katie saved the day! We had booked a hotel just down the road, and that hot was dirty and no pool available even though the online hotel details stated there was an indoor pool. Katie got us a room at a cheaper rate. The hotel also has a big pool with water toys. The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It is also conveniently located off the interstate, with several restaurants nearby and a Walmart.

Stayed 2 nights here to tour some of the local route 66 attractions. The staff was really friendly and the free breakfast was actually pretty good. I've been to other hotels where the breakfast was horrible, so I was pleasantly surprised. The room was also very clean and comfortable. I wish the pool had been open, but it's typical for pools not to be open this time of year. I really enjoyed my stay and I would definitely stay here again.

Traveling thru the area on our way to Virginia. Received a very friendly greeting from the front desk after entering the lobby. Our room and bathroom were clean and neat. We had everything we needed for a restful night's sleep.

We are aspire elite members. We made a reservation, with pets. After driving 12 hours, we arrived to be told by the lady at the front that "we don't have any pet rooms." When my wife pressed, and said we had a reservation she was told "I could get fired if I give you a room! (Again... We had à reservation. ). There were literally 3 cars in the giant parking lot. When we asked her to just call her supervisor she declined. The lady just didn't want to give us a room. Probably because she would have to " do stuff". She then started coughing in my wife's face until we left, rather than calling anyone to assist. Worse than lazy, almost malicious. This is a horrible location, and these are horrible people. Give this one a pass forever. Again, we are Elite members. I've never been so mistreated by any ihg brand, they're usually great. I'll be calling corporate to discuss as soon as the holidays are over. Give this one a hard pass, friends.

Stopped here overnight on our way to Sante Fe. Very clean, checkin people were very friendly, and the beds were so comfortable!! Full breakfast with lots of good choices. Would definitely stay here again.
