Super 8 by Wyndham Chicago O'Hare Airport recensioner

Claims to be the best Super 8 in the USA on a prominent sign in the shuttle bus. This was not my experience. The pool was shut with no explanation or apology. No coffee at breakfast as the machine was broken. The carpets were old and worn. Wallpaper missing in the bedroom. Bed was comfy

Reasonably priced, there is a shuttle too and the room is spacious and clean. Nearby is a subway and bar.

I booked this last minute and it was suitable for a necessary bit of sleep before my flight.

I stayed at this hotel last week and had a really pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was soft, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The bathroom was spotless and had a good supply of hot water. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the breakfast had a decent variety with good taste.

The photo for the king executive room had a sofa. I paid the price for that room. The room I received did not have a sofa. I tried to resolve with the front desk. They said there was nothing they could do without charging me extra money.

When we arrived, was told that elevator had breakdown. We had to carry our heavy luggages to the 1st floor when hotel staff should have helped us in managing it. Shuttle service was good, and driver was excellent and friendly. Guided us to the correct terminal for the drop off. Breakfast though simple, but it managed to sooth our hunger. 👍

Good airport shuttle service. Nice and polite front desk. Swimming pool was good.

It is good for an overnight stay if you are looking to transit at ORD. A little old hotel but for the price you pay, I will book it

非常糟糕的機場接駁體驗，尤其不推薦亞洲/中國旅客入住。 我於5月4日入住該酒店。為了做好準備，我特意在入住前（上午10:30左右）、也就是還沒有抵達 O’Hare 機場之前，就打電話給酒店前台詢問機場接駁車的情況。前台告訴我，必須等抵達機場以後才能打電話叫車，並表示接駁車大約需要25–45分鐘到達。當我進一步確認是否應該提前30分鐘打電話時，對方並沒有給出清楚的説明，反而説我沒有聽懂她的話。整個溝通過程非常不友好，也不專業。 我大約下午3點抵達機場後，立刻打電話給酒店。前台告訴我車已經派出，大約25分鐘到。結果我一共等了將近50分鐘。在此期間我又打了兩次電話（間隔約20分鐘一次）確認，每次都被告知“還有15分鐘左右”，但實際等待時間遠遠超過了最初的説法。對於一個標榜提供機場接駁服務的酒店來説，這樣的溝通非常混亂，也很不可靠。 更令人不適的是接駁車司機的態度。司機到達後，第一句話就問我是不是那個等了很久的人，隨後説他們接駁車通常就是要50分鐘左右才到。這與前台告訴我的訊息完全不一致。當我因為長途旅行後很疲憊，請他幫忙把行李放上車時，他説他們不被允許碰行李，又説這不是他的工作。他説話時還用兩衹手的食指指着我，態度非常粗魯、冒犯，我甚至感覺到人身安全受到了威脅。而我衹是請求他幫忙把我的一個行李箱放進車裡。 這次經歷讓我感到非常不舒服。酒店前台關於接駁車的訊息混亂、不準確，司機的態度也極其惡劣。當時一同坐上接駁車的還有另外一名非亞裔乘客，司機對她就非常客氣，甚至主動多次和她搭話。司機本人是個中年白人男性。 作為一名中國旅客，我有合理理由懷疑這名司機可能因為我是亞洲人或中國人而對我區別對待。

空港送迎が便利だった。部屋は広く、スタッフも親切だった。

距離芝加哥機場大概15min開車，酒店提供接駁服務很方便，酒店設施有點老，但是還是比較乾淨的，對得起價格

房間寬敞，設施一般，早餐美式，管飽，距離機場15分鐘車程，旁邊有公交站，223路，到Rosamond CTA站，可達乘Blue line去downtown
