This was very disappointing to stay at, wish I would of read reviews before I spent money for the night. I had been traveling all day and was just ready to relax take a bath and go to bed. The place was very dated and had a musty smell the front desk person was hard to understand, I got up to my room and again very dated, the tv for the room size was small and I wanted to take a bath to relax my muscles I have an autoimmune disease and needed to take a bath and I was unable to take a bath. I don't understand how you can not have this option available! What about families with kids? Plus the water pressure was terrible. As soon as I got done talking to the front desk person about this I went booked another hotel for the next night so I could have a bath. If I ever come back to Elkhart which I am sure I will I will not be staying at your hotel, Such a disappontment and a waste of my money

Not impressed with this place. We had checked in, went to our room to get ready for dinner. We had opened our window for some fresh air because the room smelled musty. We return after dinner to find the window had been closed and locked, meaning someone was in our room while we were gone. Went to the front desk to ask why someone was in our room, they were friendly but couldn't do much. There is a security camera right outside of our room. They said they would check it in the morning sometime. Not happy. Also my daughter found a bug in her bed. Other little things that just not impressed with.

This hotel is situated among a whole slew of other hotels and for it price point is an excellent value. While the decor is dated (think 80's country) the rooms are clea and the beds are comfortable. The rooms have the usual amenities , mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Daily housekeeping was provided which is rare in this day and age. Complimentary breakfast was also provided and had the usual fare, sausage, eggs, waffles, cereal, etc. There were a few small issues, there were no plugs for the sink or bathtub and the exhaust fan did not work resulting in a very steamy bathroom. The remote for the TV would not turn the TV on or off but you could still change the channels and adjust the volume. Another complaint, and this is for most hotels in general not just this one, is that there is no list of channels available for the TV. Wether it is Comcast, Infinity, Direct TV, etc, you have to scroll through the on screen guide only to find the channel you've chosen is not available to watch. One sad thing I noted was that the TV was bolted down to the dresser it was sitting on. Don't know if this is a commentary of the state of things where you can't trust your clientelle to not steal things in the room. Overall this is a nicely maintained budget hotel and I would certainly consider staying here again.

It was decent to be at the Country Inn and Suites, but not very exciting or such a great place that we wanted to stay for longer. It was okay. I think that it was one of the better places in a row of many places.

This location is in poor condition, pond is gross, no pool, no hot tub, lumpy bed, sad breakfast options. On the other hand it was quiet, easy to find, several dining options nearby. Nothing else to say..

This place is outdated,nasty, creepy I would never recommend this place to anyone. All the appliances are super low to the ground so unless you stand at around 4ft your going to be stretching to set stuff down. The beds creek and are itchy I don’t know if they just didn’t wash it or the sheets are over 20 years old. The same feeling Carrie’s over to the bathroom. The place also smells like people have been smoking ***** in the rooms. I personally think this place should be torn down or have full remodel.

Stayed here on a football weekend and was very disappointed with this property. Upon entering the lobby there was a terrible foul smell and the place looked as if there was not any refreshing in a decade or more. When in room the the smell of the lobby was no longer present, but a strong smell of mildew was present. We checked in late on a Friday night and changing hotels was not a realistic option. Complimentary breakfast was to be provided but was scant at best. Some not very fresh bananas and bagged muffins that had appeared to be moldy were the only choices. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Many things were very disappointing. Parking lot was empty which was the first sign of this not being a good place to stay. We arrived early and no cars in parking lot but they put us on the 4th floor! The pool and the hot tub were both closed, sign on desk was the first notice. The guy at the front desk didn't speak very good English. The tub/shower water control did not work very well. Both the tub and sink hardly drained. One time I had to pry the entrance door open with my hands.
